I absolutely love the Superstars. I've been wearing Superstars for over 30 years. They are comfy for my feet and I like that there's so many color variations available. They are my 'go-to' tennis shoe. I use them for everyday shoe wearing and also for walking. I wear them with jeans, shorts, workout pants, and summer dresses. I don't run in them because I'm not a runner, so I can't speak to how well they perform for that activity. I'm a nurse and wore them at work for very long shifts. With my white-on-white Superstars, when they become dirty I throw them in my washer with some bleach and detergent and then let them air dry after they're washed; not sure that's recommended but I've been doing that for years with my white ones. I highly recommend the Superstar!
