What is adiClub?
adiClub is adidas’ membership program where you earn adiClub points to level up and redeem them for rewards including member exclusives, experiences, special offers and more. It’s free to join.
What rewards can I get with adiClub?
Once you’re an adiClub member, you’ll receive a Welcome Bonus, enjoy Free Shipping and Returns and have access to Members-Only Products. You'll also start earning adiClub points, which can be redeemed for exclusive rewards, products and experiences. Points also help you move up adiClub levels and unlock additional rewards such as Premium Event Tickets, Priority Access, Priority Customer Service and more.
Is there an adiClub welcome offer?
Of course. Once you’ve signed up, you’ll be rewarded with a voucher and adiClub points.
How do I become a member of adiClub?
Signup for free by downloading the adidas or CONFIRMED app and creating an account. Or signup on the adidas website, in stores or on the adidas Running app.
How do I earn adiClub points?
Earn adiClub points every time you shop, track a workout on the adidas Running app, share a product review and more. Every point earned gets added to both your Points-to-Spend and your Level Points balances. Explore all the ways to earn adiClub points in the ‘Ways to earn adiClub points’ section above.
Where can I find my adiClub level and points balances?
You can find your current level and points balances on the adidas or CONFIRMED app, or by logging in and checking the ‘My Account’ section on the adidas website.
Can I earn adiClub points with adidas partners?
No, currently, you can only earn adiClub points on adidas products and services purchased through the adidas app, website or adidas retail stores.

LEVELS AND LEVEL POINTS FAQ

What are Level Points and how are they different from Points-to-Spend?

Level Points help you move up or maintain your level. The more you earn, the closer you get to the next-level where you’ll unlock more rewards.

Points-to-Spend can be redeemed for Members-Only Products, Events, Vouchers, Draw Entrees and more.

Don’t worry, redeeming your Points-to-Spend won’t affect your level or Level Points.
How many levels are there in adiClub?
There are four levels (Level 1, 2, 3 and 4), each with its own set of rewards. The higher your level, the more rewards you’ll unlock. See the full list of rewards for each level in the ‘Rewards’ section of your adiClub account.
How do I level up?

Earn adiClub points by making purchases, tracking workouts on the adidas Running app, reviewing products and more. Once you have enough points, you’ll automatically level up.

Level 1: 0–999 points

Level 2: 1000–2999 points

Level 3: 3000–8999 points

Level 4: 9000+ points

If I level up will I keep rewards from lower levels?
Yes. The rewards you unlock stay with you as you progress through adiClub’s four levels. New rewards don’t replace old ones, they just get added to your list.
Do adiClub Level Points expire?
Level Points expire 365 days after you earn them at the end of the month (e.g. points earned on June 9, 2025, expire on June 30, 2026). Don’t worry, you’ll get a notification before it happens.
If my Level Points expire, will I go down a level?

You’ll only drop down a level, if you don't maintain the required points within 12 months.

The adiClub points you earn after reaching a new level count towards requalification and end 12 months later, at the end of the month.

Will I go down a level if I redeem too many Points-to-Spend?
No, redeeming your Points-to-Spend won't affect your level because you have two separate balances. Your Level Points balance won’t be affected by your Points-to-Spend balance.

POINTS-TO-SPEND FAQ

Can I redeem Points-to-Spend on the adidas website?

Yes. You can redeem your Points-to-Spend on the adidas website though rewards are limited.

We are always adding new offers to the adidas website, but if you want the full adiClub experience, download the adidas app and check it regularly for special offers and updates.

Do Points-to-Spend expire?

Yes, points can be valid for up to 36 months. However, to keep your points active within this 36-month period, you must earn points at least once every 12 months.

If you don't earn points within that time, your points will expire 12 months after they were earned, at the end of the month (e.g. points earned on June 9, 2025, expire on June 30, 2026).

Will I get my points back if I cancel my entry to an event or draw?
Yes, you can cancel your entry and get your points back, but only if it's before the event or draw starts. Check the start time on the event page. If you cancel after it begins, you won't get your points back.
What should I know about redeeming adiClub points for Vouchers?

I redeemed my Points-to-Spend for a Voucher, where can I use it?

You can use your Voucher on select products on the adidas app, website, CONFIRMED app and in store. They’re usually valid for 60 days, but please read the terms & conditions of your Voucher.

I redeemed points for a Voucher, where can I find it?

You can find all your Vouchers in the ‘Vouchers and Gift Cards’ section of your adiClub account on the app or in the ‘My Account’ section on the adidas website.

You can also find and select a Voucher you want to use at checkout in the adidas app by tapping ‘Pick Discount’ in the Promo Code step.

Can I return a voucher I got with Points-to-Spend?

Unfortunately, no. However, they are usually valid for 60 days on select products, but please read the terms & conditions of your Voucher.

What should I know about redeeming Points for Products?

Can I redeem Points-to-Spend for products in store?

Yes, exclusive Points-Only Products are available in limited quantities in select stores.

Why can’t I find products available with my Points-to-Spend?

Please check that you are using the adidas app, as Points-Only Products are limited and only available through the app. Check back regularly for updates.

Can I return a product I got with my Points-to-Spend?

The return period for all Points-Only Products is 14 days after delivery. Once we receive the return, your points will be credited back within 14 days.

Please be aware that you can't get the same product with points again, even if you have returned the product.

What should I know about redeeming points for Good Causes?

Is it possible to see a history of my Good Causes contributions?

Yes, you can find your points activity by visiting ‘Membership Activity’ on the adidas app or ‘Points History’ on the adidas website.

Can I subscribe to regular good cause contributions?

Not yet. However, you can contribute to Good Causes as often as you want.

Can I get my Points-to-Spend back if I withdraw my contribution to a good cause?

Unfortunately not, withdraws are not possible.

Will I get a donation report if I contribute my Points-to-Spend to a good cause?

No. Unfortunately, points contributions are not tax deductible.

What should I know about redeeming points for adidas Partner Offers?

The partner offer I want is out of stock. Will it come back?

Possibly, please check back on the adidas app on a regular basis.

What do I do if my Partner Offer code does not work?

If you do not receive a Partner Offer code in your email, or in the ‘Vouchers and Gift Cards’ of your adiClub account, please reach out to adidas Customer Service.

If you do have an offer code and it does not work on the website of our partner, please contact our partner’s Customer Service.

Can I return a Partner Offer and get my Points-to-Spend back?

No. You can't return a Partner Offer and get your points back.
