They said size down 1 full size. I did and regret it. Entirely too small. Maybe go down half a size but I wouldn't even recommend that. Toe box is very narrow and the tongue is stiff and uncomfortable. I wore them once for 5 hours and almost completely ruined my feet. They look great and I hope I can find someone to gift them to otherwise they'll just look great in my closet.

Too narrow

These are really great shoes for long, narrow feet. The sizing was off because Adidas linked a men's 7.5 to a women's 8.5. They were really big. I exchanged them for a men' 7/women's 8 (which was really a women's 8.5). But they were narrow. Ultimately I returned them because I didn't want to risk they would not stretch enough to fit my wide foot. So, not for me. However, my daughter and husband wear Gazelles and love them.
