I noticed the track pants fit a certain way on the waist more so true to size. The shorts though especially these shorts they run small on the waist. So I would say size up in these shorts because it won’t stretch. They run around 1-2 inches smaller than the sizing chart says for each waist size for these shorts. I read below that a few others were mentioning that they run quite tight and smaller.

Pretty nice fit!! Feels super comfortable, I would really recommend it
