These have a strong base and you can easily cover trails in them. Good breathable fabric and coverage over the front of foot so you don’t pick up stones like a like of sandals. The back strap has extra padding and makes a comfortable fit for long walks. The top straps make them easy to get on and off. Only downside are they come too small you must size up. But Adidas exchange made that easy.

The description does not indicate unisex, it only states order your normal size. Not only were they too big, they were also too wide and bulky. I wear womens size 8 womens and even if I had known to order a size down, these were too bulky and wide. These are basically men shoes and not unisex.
