I wanted a different shoe and called immediately after making the purchase but customer service said they can’t make any change or even change the size until when I receive the shoes first and I have to send it back.. and get a refund .. why should that be the only way to solve an issue a simple issue that’s the only best solution you can come up with especially when your customer is saying I’m okay if you change the size? Na this is just very flimsy and not good customer support..
