Great quality shoe overall highly recommend to others

I placed my original order on April 19th. The shoes didn't arrive until April 27th. I initiated a return on April 28th as they were too big. The return arrived at the Adidas warehouse on May 5th. As of today, May 15th, I still haven't received the requested exchange item. Because this process has taken so long, I canceled the exchange today and requested a refund. No effort was made by your customer service team to find a solution for the wait time. Your agent said 5 days to process the inspection of the returned product. So far its been 8 days. Given how long it took to receive the original order, we'd be looking at over 1 month from original order date to receipt of exchanged product. In 2026, that is unacceptable.
