Love the fit love the quality love the style very pretty

Originally I ordered the jacket (S) and pants in M- my recommended and regular size and it’s been a circus trying to get this outfit right. All in all I have now ordered the pants 6 times. The M - was too short (I’m 5’7) and fit was not oversized. I exchanged it for a L… the new large was smaller/shorter than the M (even for my 5’4” grand daughter) so chatted with customer service to explain they were sized incorrectly and to return them and I placed a new order for the XL. The XL were too big! Called customer service again and exchanged the XL for another L hoping this pair would be sized correctly.. I even mentioned to the service rep that I hope the L I returned had been labeled as defective due to my previous customer service interaction. Nope - that didn’t happen and I’m pretty sure they were the same mis-sized pair I had returned (drawstring was not wrapped correctly). Because I have the jacket (too late to return it) and I want the full outfit I decided to order the XL again understanding they’ll just be extra over sized. I’ve not returned the mis sized L (keeping it out of rotation) and now ordered another L to verify if the sizing is truly wrong or if it was just the one pair. Overall it’s a cute outfit but I’m truly disappointed and frustrated with all of this mis-information on the sizing and that I’ve not yet been able to wear it … As I said … if i didn’t already have the jacket I would’ve given up long ago. The saga continues!!
