I have now used the Rapidmove Pro for several weeks and can provide my honest assessment. The shoes are well constructed, light weight but run slightly small. If you are in between sizes, go up half a size. The grip is excellent on a multitude of surfaces. The cushioning improves with each use. If you like a pillow like, cushy ride then you will be disappointed. I would characterize the cushioning as soft, yet responsive. It is very similar to HOVR from UA. The cushioning is fine for runs up to 1-2 miles and for sprints. The shoes are very good for HIIT style workouts and athletic/functional training. Side containment could be improved if you do agility running that involves cutting, stopping or changing direction at max speed. There is definitely some spill over of the foot when you plant and try to change direction. Overall, these are very good shoes that I would recommend if you participate in HIIT classes or do athletic training involving sprinting, jumping, sled pushes, machine weights and things of that nature. They are not designed for heavy lifting since the lightstrike pro will compress too much and will make you feel unstable.
