Love the size of the bag. Fits what you need and isn’t too big

I ordered this bag and a backpack, but when the delivery arrived, I only received the backpack and not the bag. When I entered the order number to track the shipment, it said the order number was incorrect? What's going on? I will never buy anything from this place again!
