Very comfortable, not too tight across the bump and bump band isn’t ridiculously high as I’m only five foot 3. These are the perfect fit in a size medium (usually 12/14). Shame the shorts don’t come in more workout friendly material. I find the aero ready shorts too short. These are the perfect length and have been wearing them for CrossFit and leisure
