Great for keeping hands warm. I use them on a daily when I ride my e-scooter to work. It runs up to 50 mph. So it’s pretty fast and could imagine how cold it could be on the hands. Luckily though they don’t keep them 100 percent warm. They star warm enough to ride comfortable. So for normal jogging/running these gloves would be perfect
