Our Mission

We’re on a course to help end plastic waste.
It isn’t easy. But nothing worth fighting for ever is.

Impossible is nothing

We’re facing the greatest emergency in the history of history. Waste and climate change are the two biggest challenges facing us today.
Using different materials, advocating for wearing longer, and moving for the planet: these are the actions we are taking to help athletes make a difference in their game, their life and the world they live in. The world we all live in. Because everything depends on what we do right now.

Plastic waste is a problem. Innovation is our solution.

We are on a course to help end plastic waste. Our foundation is the commitments we’ve set ourselves, which give us clear goals to focus on. It isn't easy. But nothing worth fighting for ever is.
We know we can't just get rid of plastic waste for good overnight. So, we’ve picked some problems to tackle first: our use of virgin polyester and innovating to divert products from landfills for longer. By 2024, we'll replace virgin polyester with recycled polyester wherever possible. But using recycled materials doesn’t mean the problem is solved.

Unless we change course, there will be more plastic waste in the sea than fish by 2050*

We see the possibility to accelerate our journey.  The time for change is now. We need to think, and act, in completely new ways — and fast. To take on the greatest problems, we need to join forces. It’s why we're working with the best and bringing you along on our movement for change.

By wearing your clothes for an extra 9 months, you can reduce the carbon footprint, waste, and water usage by approximately 20-30%**

We know we’re a part of the problem. We all play our part. But we’re also a huge part of the solution. Talk is nothing. The only thing we know we can trust is action.

This is the beginning of a new era of sport. We are one planet. So, we’ll tackle this as one team.

The future of sport is made together.

Our Commitments

Through sport, we have the power to change lives.

Working towards systemic change, we need to think and act in completely new ways. To keep us grounded and to guide our work, we’re focusing on 3 core areas: changing materials, wearing items longer and carbon footprint.

These are the steps we’re taking to achieve our commitments to tackle waste and reduce our impact:
By 2024, we will replace all virgin polyester with recycled polyester wherever possibleBy 2025, we are committed to reduce our carbon footprint (CO2e) by on average 15% per product, compared to the emissions baseline of 2017By 2025, we plan to achieve climate neutrality (CO2e) in our own retail and operations
By 2030, we plan to reduce combined greenhouse gas emissions from both our own retail and operations and those of our suppliers by 30%, compared to the year 2017 (1)By 2050, we plan to be climate neutral (CO2e) (2)
