Petter Engdahl is a professional trail runner and skier from Sweden, currently based in Romsdalen, Norway. Since joining the adidas TERREX team in 2021, he has competed across a wide range of distances, from vertical kilometers to 100-mile ultras.
Among his top achievements is his record-breaking victory at the UTMB Mont Blanc/ CCC, where he became the first runner to complete the 100K course with 6,200 meters of elevation gain in under 10 hours (9h53min). Petter has also claimed wins at the Transvulcania Ultra Marathon, Eiger by UTMB, and the Zermatt Marathon, and secured 2nd place overall in the Skyrunning World Series behind Kilian Jornet. Additionally, he holds the Fastest Known Time (FKT) for the Mont Blanc ascent and descent from Les Houches.
Outside of racing, Petter is pursuing a master’s degree in Industrial Design and collaborates closely with adidas designers to help develop the next generation of trail running products.
