What is a Bulk Gift Card Order?
· A bulk gift card order is a request of $250 or more in total gift cards for your company’s employees, customers, promotions, etc...
· Physical and digital gift cards are available.
Why Order Bulk Gift Cards?
· Gift cards allow your end recipients the freedom to choose their perfect gift.
· Free shipping is provided for physical form gift cards. Delivery is free for digital gift cards as well.
· Digital gift cards can be delivered within 48 hours (about two days), depending on the request.

· For qualifying requests, the bulk sales team can assist with gift card orders of $250 or more. Orders of less than $250 can be placed through www.adidas.com/us/giftcards.

· You may be eligible for discounts on bulk orders depending on the size of the order.
How long should I wait for a response?

How do I request a bulk order?

What is a bulk order?
· A bulk order is a request of 25 or more items for an event, promotion, rewards for your employees, and gifts.
What is the minimum quantity needed to request a bulk order?
· For qualifying requests, the bulk sales team can assist with orders of 25 or more of the same items. Orders of less than 25 units can be placed through www.adidas.com
How long should I wait for a response?
· If we can fulfill your bulk order request, please expect a reply from one of our representatives within 1-3 business days. Due to the high volume of email inquiries, you may not receive a reply if we are unable to fulfill your request. Bulk orders are considered on a case-by-case basis, depending on product availability.
Is it possible to purchase hype-release products from the Bulk Sales team?
· Unfortunately, we are unable to sell any hype-released product through bulk orders.
Bulk Buys
1. Individuals may purchase
a. A limit of up to $5,000 transaction total after any discounts.
b. Discounts will be managed via POS. Additional discounts require District Manager approval.
c. Limit is set by total sales dollar and contains no unit or category limits.
2. Individual is defined as a single person not sharing a single credit card as payment or sharing an adiClub account.
a. A group of 3 making separate transactions are each eligible for limit if payments and adiClub accounts are separate.
3. Transaction completion: There are restrictions to the total size of a transaction within the POS. Exceeding these limits will delay the posting of sales data for the transaction in question.
a. Each transaction must be capped at 100 units.
b. Purchases exceeding this unit count must be separated into different transactions.
c. Single-use discounts applied to the first sale must be manually entered for subsequent transactions.
d. POS will not stop the transaction at 100. This is a manual process. Exceeding this count per transaction will delay the posting of large sales, temporarily impacting sales and shrink for the location.
4. Individuals purchasing large quantities must follow the policy for product holds. Additional hold times are not allowed.
5. Customers are not authorized to be in the stockroom at any time.
6. adidas does not accept tax-exempt certificates for resale purposes. Please refer to the tax-exempt policy for additional details or contact us.
Team Sale
1. Store team to inform and get approval from District Leadership.
a. Examples of Identification:
i. School letterhead
ii. Charity documentation
iii. Coaches’ identification card
iv. Current School/Sports season schedule.
2. Sales that include groups/clubs/charitable organizations that buy multiple items or one high-value purchase are exempt from the purchase limits once approved by District Leadership.
