A 2024 update, the SL 72 RS Shoes fuse retro aesthetics with modern comfort. Their predecessor, the sleek and lightweight SL 72, originally launched in 1972 for racing. The upgraded version has a thicker midsole and reshaped upper, ticking the resurging terrace trend box and providing even more wearability. Its textile upper and suede overlays offer an equally sleek and minimalist look as the original. The EVA midsole provides softer cushioning, while the rubber outsole gives good grip on street surfaces. With branding including the 3-Stripes, Trefoil, adidas linear logo and adidas SL 72 box logo, these shoes are a true representation of adidas Originals.
