For general returns, shoes must be unworn and in as new condition for an exchange or refund within 30 days of receiving the order. Orders can also be returned in-store if your order had no delivery fee—please ensure you have your order number with you to complete an in-store return. Return is only possible in the store where the shoe was purchased. Online purchases can only be returned via .com return portal.
