What should I do if I haven't received my refund yet?

We will reimburse you from the day we receive the confirmation that you handed over your return parcel to the carrier.

It takes 1 - 2 days to transfer the refund to your payment account. Your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process your refund. You will be notified via email when we’ve processed the returned product(s) and you will receive your refund via the same method that you used to pay for the product(s). 
If it’s been 5 working days or longer since you’ve received the notification and you still haven’t received your refund, please get in touch with us .
