What is the warranty on my product?

Q: What is the warranty on adidas footwear/apparel product?
A:  adidas product manufactured or purchased within the last two years is eligible for a Return Authorization
Q: What do I need to file a warranty claim?
Please send us 3 photos that clearly show the defect, along with article number (ART # is a 6-digit numeric or alphanumeric code on the product tag) and production date (found in the form of mm/yy)

Q: Does adidas pay for return shipping?
A: If your item requires a physical inspection, adidas will provide a pre-paid return label
Q: Can I exchange my items?
A: We unfortunately don’t offer exchanges, or replacements
Q: Why do you not offer an exchange process?
A: Since our available stock changes every day, we cannot guarantee that your item will still be in stock
Q: What do I need to know about returning an item that was a gift?
A: When an item is purchased as a gift, the person submitting the claim will receive a digital gift card.
Q: Can a store/outlet submit a claim on my behalf?
A: Stores and Outlets are separate from our warranty department. Customers are required to fill out the claim form located on our website. You can access our warranty claim form by clicking here.
Q: Do I need to send in a receipt?
A: A copy of your original receipt or itemized proof of purchase will be required if your product was manufactured over two years from the current date.
Q: Will I be notified once you receive my claim?
A: Yes. Should your return be accepted, you will receive a virtual gift card via email within 3-5 days.
Q: What if I don't have an email address?
A: An email address is required to submit a warranty claim form.
Q: Do we need to send both shoes in for a claim even if only one shoe is defective?
Yes. Both shoes will need to be sent back even if only one is defective.
Q: If my item is accidently damaged, will this be covered under warranty?
A: The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper care, misuse, accident or neglect
Q: I purchased the item in another country, yet I live in the US. What do I select?
A: We handle warranty service for customers who reside in the US, regardless of purchase location.
Q: If I received an adidas digital gift card, can I place an order over the phone?
A: If you would like help placing your order, please give our Customer Service Team a call. They can be reached at 800-982-9337 8am-11pm EST 7 days a week.
Q: Am I able to use the adidas gift card with any promo codes?
A: Yes. You can combine the digital gift card with any valid adidas.com promo codes.
