What are the conditions for returning my product(s)?

This depends on where your products were purchased and the type of products they are. 

Returns for items purchased at the adidas Online Shop
At adidas, we create products that help you perform better, play better and feel better. Whether you’re using our shoes on the street or the court, or our apparel in the studio or on the field, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.
 
If you are not completely satisfied with your adidas.com purchase, for any reason, we will offer you a full refund within 30 days of purchase. *Some restrictions apply.
 
*Because mi adidas and personalized products are made just for you, they are not returnable.

*Hype products such as Yeezy should be returned via the online returns portal within 7 days of the delivery date. In the process of ordering these hype products the 7 day returns window will be communicated on the product page.
 
Although you are not obliged to, we kindly ask you to also meet the following conditions:
• The product is in its original state and packaging.
• Apparel has the original tags attached.
• Accessories have all parts of the original packaging.
• Footwear is in the original shoe box.

Items purchased at an adidas retail store 
The following return conditions apply to purchases from our own retail stores:
• Return of toiletries will not be accepted unless faulty.
• Apparel returns must have the original tags attached.
• Accessories returns must have all parts of the original packaging.
• Footwear returns must be in the original shoe box.


Items purchased at an adidas authorized reseller 
Requests for refunds of any article bought at a wholesale partner or other adidas authorized resellers will not be accepted or approved. If you purchased products at one of our authorized resellers, please get in touch with them, as they have their own return policies.
