Discover a sports bra that fits you and your workout.

Your sports bra. Your workout.

“Around 80% of women wear the incorrect bra size.”

Monica Harrington, adidas bra fitting expert

So, it’s particularly important to find the right sports bra to prevent discomfort. It needs to fit your shape. Feel comfortable at all times—snug, but not too tight. And support you in the best way possible. The support level you need depends on the type of workout you’re doing. So, below we have loads of tips and information to help you find the right sports bra for you.

Light Support: All Me

Our All Me sports bra is great for lower impact workouts, like yoga, Pilates and barre. It gives great comfort and freedom, even for smaller cup sizes. And you’ll be covered with the lightweight, breathable pads, so you can focus on your workout.

“I love the simple design. The flat seams are really helpful for lying down sequences.”

Chelsey Korus, professional yoga teacher and adidas influencer

Medium Support: Don’t Rest

Our Don’t Rest sports bra is ideal for more intense workouts, like cycling, boxing and gym training. Available in cup sizes up to D, the anti-bounce support and close-to-body feel means you won’t even notice it’s there. It absorbs excess sweat and helps keep your body cool. And with lightweight, breathable pads and classic racerback straps, we’ve got you.

“The bra felt like a second skin: very comfortable, easy to put on and very supportive. And the racerback kept everything contained.”

Alycia Baumgardner, professional boxer

High Support: Stronger For It

Our Stronger For It sports bra is good for high impact workouts, like running, cross-training and soccer, and is available in cup sizes up to E. The built-in shape limits bounce and the fully adjustable straps can give you extra support, even when things get tough.

“It feels super supportive when running. My girls felt like they were in place the whole time!”

Mellie Cay, LA captain of adidas runners and adidas influencer

How should it fit?

This should sit flat against your chest.

What are the signs that my sports bra doesn’t fit well?

If you’re unsure about whether or not your sports bra is the right fit for you, look out for the following signs:

• You’re suffering from breast or back pain after your workout. This could mean that you’re wearing a sports bra that isn’t the right support level.

• The straps are too tight and therefore digging into your skin.

• The band that fits around your body is riding up your back.

How do I wash my sports bra?

You can wash your bras in the following ways:

• Follow the instructions on the label.

• If you’re washing them in your machine, put your sports bras in a separate bag as you would your delicates.

• Use liquid detergent, not a fabric conditioner.

How do I know if my sports bra is worn out and not supporting me anymore?

Over time your sports bra will stretch more and more and eventually lose its elasticity. The best place to look to see if your sports bra is beginning to wear out is the cups. They will begin to lose their shape, and how often you wear your sports bra will affect how soon this happens. But generally, if you wear it frequently and have owned it for 6-12 months, it’s time to get a new one.
