How Do I Handle adidas Lifetime Backpack and Bag Warranty?

agron, inc. is the official licensee of adidas accessories.  We build products that help you perform better, play better and feel better. Whether on or off the court, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Our Lifetime Warranty for duffels and backpacks guarantees our product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the product or 5 years.  If you believe that you have a defective adidas duffel or backpack that was purchased from a retailer within the last five years, you may be eligible for a replacement bag.  Please follow the instructions below to return your product to us for evaluation.  We reserve the right to decide whether a product is defective or damaged through normal wear-and-tear.  We do not replace products that have been replaced from a previous warranty claim.

To receive a replacement of a defective bag or backpack, please do the following:
Ship your bag to the address below at your cost (we recommend that you use a carrier that provides tracking information).  We do not reimburse for shipping.

Fill out these details completely and include in your shipment:
1.   Your name
2.   Shipping address (no PO Box; must be inside the continental US)
3.   Email address
4.   Phone number
5.   Reason for return
6.   Top 3 color preferences
7.   Indicate whether the replacement is for a male or female

To keep our product fresh and exciting, styles and colors change with the seasons.  In the case where your particular bag or backpack is no longer available, we will replace with the newest model in the same price and size range based on your color preferences.
 
When will I receive my replacement bag?
Once we receive your product, please allow 7-10 business days for us to evaluate and process the replacement product.  Transit time back to you is determined by FedEx.  Packages are shipped from Southern California and are delivered without a required signature.  Shipping time does not include weekends. Longer ship times can occur during back-to-school and holiday peak seasons.
