How can I set my delivery preferences?
 
adidas.com orders are shipped via Fedex and allow for delivery preferences to be set with the Fedex Delivery Manager.
 
Your adidas.com order shipping confirmation email will include a link to Track your Order.  As well as a link to the Fedex Delivery Manager. You can set up delivery preferences to receive alerts from Fedex, request to hold packages for pickup at a local Fedex facility, or provide delivery instructions.

*Please note that these delivery preferences are an agreement between yourself and Fedex. In the event you are unable to locate your delivery we can assist with filing a lost package claim. Lost package claims are resolved within 8-30 business days by the carrier.
