How can I set my delivery preferences? orders are shipped via Fedex and allow for delivery preferences to be set with the Fedex Delivery Manager.
Your order shipping confirmation email will include a link to Track your Order.  As well as a link to the Fedex Delivery Manager. You can set up delivery preferences to receive alerts from Fedex, request to hold packages for pickup at a local Fedex facility, or provide delivery instructions.

*Please note that these delivery preferences are an agreement between yourself and Fedex. In the event you are unable to locate your delivery we can assist with filing a lost package claim. Lost package claims are resolved within 8-30 business days by the carrier.
