Can I exchange my adidas.com purchase?

At adidas, we create products that help you perform better, play better and feel better. Whether you’re using our shoes on the street or the court, or our apparel in the studio or on the field, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If your item isn’t the right fit, you can exchange your new and unused adidas.com purchase for a different size within 30 days by following the instructions below. *Some restrictions apply.
 
*Because personalized products are made just for you, they are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
*Hype products such as Yeezy are not eligible for exchanges and should be returned via the online returns portal within 7 days of the delivery date. 
 
Purchases from adidas.com
                                                        
  • Visit the Order Tracker OR login to My Account and view the details of your order, then click Exchange Size.
  • Select the item(s) you want to exchange, then select an exchange reason and your desired size.
  • Click Exchange Selected Item(s) and follow the instructions to print a UPS shipping label.
  • Include the return detail slip for the items you are returning in the box. (Please do not place multiple orders in the same box)  
  • Attach shipping label to the box and cover up any previous delivery addresses or barcodes on the box.

A new exchange order will be created for the size you selected. Your exchange order is valid for 10 days; therefore you will need to drop the original item off at the return carrier within that timeframe*. Your exchange order will be shipped out once the carrier scans the shipping label with the same shipping speed as the original order so you can receive your new size as quickly as possible.
 
*If you do not drop your return item(s) off within 10 days, your exchange order will be cancelled. After this, you can still receive a refund by returning your item to the carrier. The refund will be issued once the carrier scans your return label.
 
Note:
·       This policy refers to size exchanges only. adidas.com does not price match.
·       We are unable to exchange merchandise obtained from a retailer other than adidas.com. Please return the product to the original retailer.
  • Please note to utilize free exchanges on adidas.com, the package must be sent physically from within the United States. The return label is not valid through USPS for APO/FPO returns.
 
Can I exchange for a different item?

At this time we are only able to exchange the same item in the same color for a different size. If you would like to receive a different item or color instead, please return your item through our returns process for a refund. Then place a new order online for the item you would like.
 
Purchases from an adidas store

Items purchased from an adidas store can only be exchanged at the same store. For returns, it is possible to return your item for a refund at any store in the United States with your original receipt. Please refer to the return policy on the back of your receipt.
 
Items ordered in an adidas store to be delivered to your home

If you placed an order within one of our stores, this is considered an online order. Please follow the same procedure detailed above for adidas.com exchanges.
