What is Afterpay?
Afterpay is a service that allows us to offer our customers the ability to make purchases now and pay for them in four payments made every 2 weeks without any interest.
 
How do I use Afterpay?
Just shop adidas.com and check out as usual. At checkout, choose Afterpay as your payment method. You will be directed to the Afterpay website to register and provide payment details (Visa or Mastercard). If you’ve used Afterpay before, just log in to your Afterpay account. Then complete your order – it’s that easy!
Please note, all items in your shopping bag must be eligible for Afterpay, and the order value must be between $50 and $2,000. 

Where can I use Afterpay?
Afterpay can only be used on purchases made on adidas.com. Afterpay can’t be used as a form of payment for adidas in-store purchases.

What forms of payment can I use to make installment payments to Afterpay?
Visa and Mastercard (credit or debit cards) are the only accepted forms of payment when using Afterpay.

How does the Afterpay payment schedule work?
All Afterpay customers are required to make their first payment at the time of purchase. The remaining three payments are deducted automatically every 2 weeks from your selected payment method. If you would like to make additional unscheduled payments before they are due, you may log in to Afterpay to make your payments early. Afterpay will then adjust the amount owed accordingly.
You can log in to your Afterpay account anytime to view your payment schedule or make a payment before the next due date.

Will I be notified when a payment is due?
Afterpay sends payment reminders via SMS and email prior to payments becoming due. It is also easy to view customer orders and payment schedules on Afterpay.com or in the Afterpay App.

Can I move or change payment due dates for an order?
To request an adjusted payment schedule, contact Afterpay’s Customer Service team and the team will review your account to determine eligibility. Not all requests can be accommodated.

What if I can’t pay an Afterpay installment?
If funds are not available or you otherwise do not make your payment when it is due, late fees may apply. Click here for complete terms.

What products are not eligible for Afterpay?
Afterpay is not available on purchases of gift cards or e-Gift cards. If your order contains gift cards and other eligible products, you will need to purchase your gift cards separately.

When do I know I’ve been approved to make a purchase using Afterpay?
Afterpay may approve or deny your use of Afterpay to make a purchase on adidas.com. You’ll receive an instant approval decision on your order at checkout. Afterpay and adidas are committed to responsible spending and not all orders will be approved.

Can I use Afterpay if I’m an international customer?
Afterpay is only offered and made available to adidas customers who have a US billing address, a US shipping address, a US Visa or Mastercard (credit or debit card), and a US mobile phone number. Customers with international billing addresses and/or phone numbers will not be able to set up an account with Afterpay.
 
What happens to my payments when I refund an order?
Full Refunds
If you have returned an order in its entirety and the full amount of the order is refunded, any upcoming payments will be canceled out and any paid payments will be refunded back to the card you paid on.

The order total was $100 & a refund of $80 was processed.
When the refund was processed by the retailer, the first payment (of $25) had been paid, however, the second, third & fourth were unpaid as they weren't due yet.

The first payment adjusted to $20, however, $25 had already been paid, so the difference (being $5) was refunded back to the card the payment was paid on.
