It's great, the two compartments make it wonderful for me because I travel a lot for work, and the two compartments make it wonderful for having like personal stuff like my phone, wallet, and stuff like that, and the other one has my laptop, tablet, notepad, and other, bigger, work stuff. I love that it has the shoulder strap, and the regular handle. Plus it's got like a bougie feeling to it because of the like retro label on it, and the material. Plus it was also great for when I went to Canada for a few days, it was perfect for a carry on because it fit the bare essentials and it isn't too big. I will say though if you use it mainly for work like I do, it is kind of a bit too big and seems excessive, but it's whatever really.
The bag is a nice size and roomy but there are no internal pockets to help organize items. Also the strap is very thin and the clasp that attach the strap will stretch out if you put anything like a laptop or books in the bag.
