I have been waiting for these running shoes and they are worth the wait. I love the Adistar shoe and the Boost energy heel is amazing. I am used to Adidas running shoes so I am accustomed to their fit. I do not find them to be shoes that run small or a tight. These are phenomenal shoes that help with my slight pronating issue and very high arch. The Adistar shoes are good, sturdy light weight shoes. I have to agree that the black and bright pink look a bit "young" for my age....but I could learn to live with the colour. Excellent shoe!
This top is very light and slightly see through material. I felt that this should be put in product description! Nice fit for me in medium size. The material is comfortable- light and very stretchy, but does snag very easily.
I love: 26" length and ankle zips, they are the reason I bought 2 pairs, supernova line has been my favorite, after hour ran, training, or spinning, the material remains dry. I wish: The material is more matte-finished,it still looks a little bit too shine which I do not like. The color is not black/black, it looks more washout black. The inner side packet is made from nu-breathable material that you can feel it on the skin once you sweat. but I guess the harsh material for the inner packet that could secure your Mp3 player or keys. It would be great if available with Navy/Vista Blue color in this long tights. In the past 3 years, I haven't see adidas produce long tights like 24"- 26" length with ankle zips. (only buy tights have ankle zips) Over all its a great tights and fits for shorter, 5.3, myself, and it earned its five stars!
I am a retired semi elite 10km runner (but I still run seriously without racing). I've been running in saucony guide and their predecessors for twenty years. They recently changed it so majorly I can't wear them anymore. I've been struggling ever since to find "my" shoe. I've tried all sorts of models of asics, saucony, Nike, brooks, etc., and none of them were right. I finally tried Adidas boost and was pleasantly surprised at the cushioning and especially their durability. I later bought a pair of Adistar boost and their superiority was apparent immediately. They offer far more cushioning, especially in the heel, than almost all the other brands I've tried (and more than the regular boost), a necessity for the mountainous terrain I run on. Yet the Adistar achieves this without adding weight or compromising durability, the two problems often associated with extra heel cushioning. The divided heel section is brilliant, offering superior cushioning during the initial heel strike. It also provides the smoothest heel to forefoot transition of any shoe I've run in for the last twenty years. This makes it a quick shoe. The easy transition also means it limits runners fatigue, as you're not labouring through each stride but transitioning quickly. You can run a lot further in them for the same amount of every expenditure. Another awesome feature is the continental rubber on the outsole. These shoes last a long time in both the outer and midsole. They outlast other running shoes by an extra 25-50% distance. This makes them well worth the price. The only thing I wish was different was more traction. Half of what I run are mountain trails, and these are really designed for road use only.
As a 34DD I can tell you it's very difficult to find a bra in my size that keeps everything in place, especially while running. I must've bought $100 worth of sports bras that don't even fit me properly in the past few months alone, just trying to find one that works, but I happened to buy this while it was on sale. I ended up buying 3 more the day after. For my fellow large-breasted ladies, this is the bra for you.
These are seriously the most AMAZING shoes to ever grace my feet. I was having some pretty bad knee pain when I was running, so I went to a specialty running store and got a gait analysis done (which I highly recommend and is usually free), and after trying on many other shoes, I was amazed when I put these on. They are light, breathe extremely well, provide awesome support while maintaining good flexibility, and they come in more neutral colors than some of the more ostentatious colors by other brands. I can't say enough about them! The price can be a little shocking, but the guy at the running store told me that because of their high quality build, they last for 500-600 miles per pair, instead of the usual 300-400 in other shoes. They are worth every penny. My husband and I now both own a pair, and they have been great to us for over 6 months now.
I bought these tights with the intention to only wear them outside whilst on runs (for this they are amazing, they are warm and comfy as well as breathable) but I have also started to wear them in the gym and they are so comfy and so easy to move in. They do not fall down when running and they are the perfect length for me to wear with my trainers. I love them 100% would buy again.
I'm usually an XS but I always buy my shirts a size bigger so I can truly feel comfortable whenever, I'm training but this shirt was definitely huge on me. (Adidas is made big. Stay true to your size.)
Looks fab - style and colour are great, especially nice under a racing back running vest; really comfortable; Gives nice support - probably not quite as supportive as a Shock Absorber which you can adjust, but feels supportive enough. I've used it on 8-10 mile runs with no chaffing at all. I'm normally a 10 in dress size and probably 32b bra size. The 8-10 supernova bra was fractionally too loose, but any tighter would make it very hard to get off.
This is my second pair of Boost shoes and I will never stray! Less hamstring pain and great for road running. The toe box is a bit wide for my narrow feet, but I get less toe issues, so that must be good. I have some foot issues with pinched nerves and the extra cushioning helps with that. Agree with others that this is a running shoe, not designed for a P90X plyo workout, does not handle side to side movement well.
I just got this pair in the post and it's made it's way to the top of list already. The material is really soft of the skin and it's almost like they are really not there. The zip on the bottom makes it really chic. I rushed back to get more but it's sold out in the green as they were on sale. I will be waiting till these go on sale. It was my first time buying from adidas, I have absolutely no regrets that I actually bought two of this! Yay... waiting for the sale
Heading into spring, this pullover would be a cute alternative to a jacket post-exercise, for doing yoga, or even as a run-around-town top. It is a true cropped top, even on my petite frame. I like the blouson effect in the back. I bought the grey and white. Btw, even though the description said "sweatshirt", the material is not the typical sweatshirt thick material. Material is a waffle knit polyester.
This is my second pair of Adidas Boost Shoes. These shoes are so comfortable. When running they feel like air and are very bouncy. Makes running easier. Very comfortable with good support. True to size. It's worth the money.
For me being only 5ft the length was just right, the mesh at the back of the knee helps to keep you cool, creates a lovely silhouette. I would recommend more for in the gym than outside running, as they are not that thick and on a wintery morning could be a bit cold. Great buy
I wanted a shoe for walking and standing long hours and the on-line advisor suggested the Energy Boost shoe. I chose the Adistar because it helps with pronating. I had to go from my normal size 10 to an 11, but it fits perfectly. I have tried both available colours and I don't like either. So I'm sending back and waiting for Adidas to produce them in a different color range. I tried the men's Adistar ESM Boost, too, because I like the color better. Unfortunately they are just not fitting me right. Disappointed!
