micoach is all you need to get the results you want.
I ordered this top along with some of Adidas leggings. I wear them for working out and they make a great combo. They are especially handy for when I do yoga as they allow alot of movement and also does not show sweat patches. Such a great purchase.
This bra is comfortable and supportive. The best part is that it provides a little bit of a lift instead of just flattening everything down. The crisscross back makes it really comfortable, especially for high impact training.
I love these pants, and I receive compliments every time I wear them whether it's to the grocery store, over my ballet tights, or at home lounging. The only drawback to these pants is that they started pilling after the first wash.
First off, I'm VERY picky with sports bras simply because of the way my breasts naturally are. I need the bra to fit PERFECTLY or else I'm going with two bras. I wore 2 bras for working out for years because when I tried to wear a simpler compression bra by itself with no cup shapes, I was left with that nightmarish "uniboob" look and feel (most ladies know exactly what I'm talking about.) I'm a full C, sometimes D depending on the bra, so the 2-bra thing was something I've been wanting to rid myself of for the longest time. I work at an Adidas store and found this funky-looking bra and decided to try it on. I will say that the bra is quite daunting at first when you are attempting to just try it on. The way the straps cross over will likely have you saying "huh?" out loud. But I was able to eventually figure it out (after a few minutes of sweating) and, over a year later, I can say this is probably the best bra purchase I've ever made. I actually ended up buying three of them, and none of them show any signs of wear to this day. I know the bra offers fantastic support because I don't think about it when I'm exercising. I work out several times a week. The bra is pretty much true to your normal bra size, and I love how the sizes are based on cup/band sizes (32C, 36DD) as opposed to small/medium/large so that you can make sure that you get a bra that actually FITS. Honestly, the only bad part about this bra IMO is the first few times putting it on because you don't know what you're doing and it just feels like your suffocating even with the right bra size on. But, as a previous reviewer mentioned, the tightness you should be experiencing at first is a good thing. (If the bra's too tight, loosen the straps/clasps a bit, but you shouldn't have to do too much adjusting or else you likely have the wrong bra size.) Let me save you the stress of figuring out how to put this thing on: 1. Unhook the bra. 2. Loosen the straps to at least half the length. This will make the bra easier to pull over your head/arms/torso and keep you from damaging the bra's threading by over-stretching. 3. Pull the bra over your head so that the entire bra is below your bust, near your belly button. Turn the bra around so that the unhooked section of the bra is over your belly button. Make sure the hook sections are not flipped around or else the bra won't fit right. 4. Tighten the straps to your desired tightness and hook the bra together. You obviously won't know your go-to measurement at first, but you will eventually. 5. Twist the bra around your body and fit the cups over your bosom. Put your arms through the arm openings and pull the straps up to your shoulders. Just get past learning how to put it on and I believe you'll really love the bra. Worth your money! :)
Nice looking shoes. I might have a wrong impression on the shoe as it said 'running'. To me the rear cushion is too soft, like you walk on a sponge, and front cushion is too thin. If you are looking for a pair of 'running shoes', they might not be the right ones, but they do feel very comfy and styly when walking
Absoutely love this sports bra! I've tried other brands and found them very uncomfortable and tight around the shoulders, but no such complaints with this one :) I am a UK size 10 and the size small fits me perfectly, the material is soft and not at all irritating, and doesn't feel too hot and heavy either which is great when you're working up a sweat. It offers just the right amount of support for my workouts - I usually do resistance in the gym, yoga, or running - however if you have a bigger chest or do something a bit more bouncy you might want extra support (I'm a 32C usually). I initially bought this bra in the flash orange colour, really gorgeous, and have just bought another one in black. Great value for money as well. Would definitely recommend!
I've had my watch for about 3 months. At first it worked great and for every workout. Now it has trouble finding my heart rate and mid-workout it will drop my heart rate down lower than 100. I don't know who to call or who to contact to get it fixed. It was working great and want to continue to use it if it works. HELP!
I've heard a lot of hype about boost and finally decided on to try these shoes. I was just looking for something comfortable and casual and these shoes looked pretty nice. Pure boost totally lives up to the hype. They are so comfortable and unbelievably light weight. You feel like you have a spring in your step and I like to stand and shift my weight just to feel that spongy cushion. I usually wear a 7.5 or 8 and the 7.5 fit perfectly, which worked out luckily since they were sold out of 8! The only complaint I have is that the color is not exactly as pictured. I ordered the all black with what looks like gum colored soles(which i love and think looks super clean)but in person the bottom looks like a neon orange! I seriously considered returning at first because it was so deceptive, but once I put them on, I fell in love.
I now have 3 pairs of the ultra booat and can't imagine another shoe as comfy as these. I only wear Adidas but the ultra boost are by far the best. Can't get a more comfortable and true to size shoe out there! Defenitly worth the price! Way to go Adidas!
I do track and field and I got this sports bra for that. I'm a size 34C which makes me a size 37" chest... I got size M for this sports bra. I like it, it fits like all the other techfit bras I have. My only complaint is that I wish the part that holds my chest were a bit tighter and more supportive. This is a pretty straight forward, standard sports bra but I wish it were geared a little more towards higher impact stuff.. because it looks (by the amount of fabric) that it would have a little more support. The band is nice and tight and fits, but it's not as tight on the chest as I'd like it to be. I've tried on a small and the band is WAY too tight, but the top fits more like I like them to (nice and tight, and secure). But overall, for the price it's an amazing bra. Hard to beat.
I am so proud of my BQ time and this shirt is perfect! The colors and logo are exactly what I think of when I think of the Boston Marathon. The fit is excellent. No chaffing or weird spots or seams. The women's fit is flattering. Love it and wear it proudly!
It's a nice looking shirt, true to the model's image, colour wise. The sizing runs large. I bought a small and it positively drapes on my body, with about four inches extra on the chest and waist, but surprisingly not too bad on the hips which is bizarre because I have small hips (35 inches). From the front it looks great and fitted, but from the side it is so loose that it makes me look dumpy. The chest for a size small is supposed to measure 33-35 and I am 33.5. I have two inches extra material on either size of my body, for a total of 4-6 extra inches in the chest, and 6-8 extra inches in the waist. I like my running shirts fitted and this is more of a casual loose fit. Thrilled to wear it anyway.
Cannot live without a sports bra, have had few so far this is very good - simple and comfortable does the job. have had others with twisted straps, all sorts of other bells and whistles but this one I like the most!!!
This is a fun piece of workout wear that held up beautifully during a challenging two hour session. Enough space and coverage to complete exercises without revealing any skin. Washes well. Maintained color and shape beautifully. In addition, its' super cute and unexpected for workout apparel. Its' one of my favorite pieces!!!
Took a while to figure out how to work it (mainly down to me not reading the instructions properly). Was a little disappointed that haven't been able to get it to sync to the multi sport app but the micoach app works well and gives accurate and detailed readings.
This bra was great for lifting and training, but not the best for cardio. If you like a looser fit for cardio, then this sports bra would probably work for you. I prefer a more fitted bra that works for cardio and training. It was made of super comfortable material however.
I am a total geek about training devices, programs and data and have had far more than my share of devices after competitive bike racing for several year. I have had the FitSmart for just over 1 year and have used it 5 - 6 times per week every week. Product Quality: Battery life is the same as the day I got, which is more than I can say for my phone. The heart rate monitor is just as accurate as chest strap monitors. Band is very comfortable and durable. Design:Well thought out an complete. The watch communicates with you via colored lights and vibrations to let you know what training zone you are in, if it's the right zone for the workout and gives you 5 seconds notice before a training zone change. You can workout with or without your phone and easily synch the workout afterward. Watch paired w phone allows you to track speed and distance by GPS and stride sensor, heart rate, calories burned, fastest mile and elevation. Micoach Awesomeness: The micoach website and app interface brings it all together. On the site, you can design your own training program, ranging from running races, to sport specific, to general fitness. The programs integrate strength, endurance and flexibility. The programs are periodized to gradually build up your capacity and taper your efforts to prevent overtraining. The running workouts have great variety, from steady state endurance building to intervals to build speed and strength. Adidas teaches you to train the right way! During strength training workouts, the micoach app includes an animated video to show you how to properly perform an exercise right on the screen of your phone. You can track your weight, reps, even the shoes you wore. Their program has it all, if you get geeked out like I do, you can deep dive into the data, or if you want easy guidance and feedback, they make it quick and simple. Seriously, the best overall product out there!
I'm lucky enough to have picked these out as a Parkrun Sweatshop prize back in May this year and wanted something better than my cheap Karrimors. So when I was told I could pick anything off the shelf at any price, I was like a kid in a sweet shop! These were an instant favourite because of how comfy they were in the shop. The upper fits like a glove around my feet and the sole makes walking and running feel as though you are walking on air. Now, historically I tend to get a bit of discomfort with any new pair of trainers which tends to disappear after a few short outings, so I wasn't put off by the tingley pins and needles I felt on my first few runs. However, I have persevered and run almost 200 miles in them but I consistently start to feel the pins and needles effect after only 4 miles and by 6 miles it becomes almost unbearable. It has got better over time and I ran a half marathon in them recently, but they were extremely uncomfortable from 8 miles onwards. Some have commented on the durability of them, and while mine are not falling apart, the black grip on the soles wore down to flat very quickly. Something I wouldn't expect from a pair of trainers with such a hefty price tag on them. I really wanted to get on with these trainers but unfortunately, I will not be spending any money on another pair.
Everything about the setup of this bra is amazing. It starts with the adjustable width and Velcro adjustable straps (NO SLIP CLIPS!). Next, the material is super soft and absorbent so you don't feel that gross sweaty cling that other bras can give you. Last but not least is the support. Amazing and firm support that doesn't compromise comfort. It gives stability when running, jumping, yoga, etc.. but doesn't feeling like it's crushing your lungs. This bra is a dream for anything active. I'll be back to buy more in more colors!
I have high arches and need a lot of cushion for my runs. With my custom insoles inserted , these are the best running shoes I have tried on so far . So plush and great ventilation for long runs. my feet never feel hot or sweaty, even after a 1/2 marathon. So far I have ran 3 races in these shoes and i can always hashtag #PR in my race photos. hahaha. Yes, They are a little more narrow compared to nikes, but i feel like the snug gives my foot extra support. My foot doesnt' feel like its sliding around in my shoes when I run; it stays in place comfortably. A big plus about these shoes is that even after 250 miles, they still look GREAT! it retains its shape so nicely. from afar, they look brand new still and I like how the dirt wipes off easily (I have black shoes so idk about the white boosts). HIGHLY RECOMMENDED for beginner runners, averaging 15-20 miles a week , or running 1/2 marathons.
Really great bra! works as a high support for smaller-built girls too. fits perfectly - tight but not constricting. Keeps you dry through solid workouts thanks to climacool. Comfy and flattering. washes and dries well, doesn't lose its shape or elasticity. The only way to improve would be to add in some slight padding, but it's not a biggie. Recommend :)
Have used the Fit Smart for about six months while exercising. Never a problem. Accurate heart monitoring while cycling, spinning, running on a treadmill and working out in other ways. Establish goals based on heart rate and monitor heart response during cooling off.
I'll make a few comparisons with the Adipure 360.3, even though that's a trainer instead of a runner. Bear with me, please. Pros: 1. Having a full-length Boost sole in a running shoe is luxurious. It's very cushy and bouncy, yet extremely flexible. I'm a mid/forefoot striker, but in these shoes I can easily shift to rear-foot striking if I need to—and my heels don't scream at me in protest. 2. The bevel in the Boost sole seems to stabilize the shoe a bit: I can do single-leg deadlifts in this shoe, as long as I don't shift all my weight too far to the front of my foot. I don't really recommend these shoes for single-leg activities, as they're definitely runners—but I'm pleasantly surprised I'm not all wobbly while balancing in them. (If you've ever tried to balance like that in a pair of Pure Boosts, you know what I mean.) 3. The upper is stretchy and very breathable. I wore these sockless for 10 minutes on a treadmill, and there was a noticeable breeze running across the top of my feet. 4. As with the Adipure, I love the bootie construction. No detached tongue to fuss with, and I get full lace burn protection. 5. The outsole is grippy. Right out of the box, the outsole was actually too grippy. It sounded like I was walking across a sticky movie theater floor. 20 minutes of walking/running in place on carpet and a yoga mat solved that. Cons: 1. Sizing runs long. I wear an 8 in the Adipure, with a comfy half inch gap between the tip of my big toe and the interior front of the shoe. In the Ultra Boost size 8, that gap's a full inch long. I'll try a 7.5 soon. I bought the 8 instead because I thought the smaller size might be too narrow. 2. The plastic lacing system is a rigid cage that makes the shoe too tight on my wide left foot. (It doesn't aggravate my right foot at all.) I guess the thick plastic's meant to lock down the midfoot, since the fabric upper's so stretchy. But the cage is very unkind to wide feet. To fix that, I changed my lacing technique on the left shoe: I completely skip the 2nd holes, and lace the others in typical crisscross fashion. I also don't lace that shoe too tightly. This lets the second pair of plastic stripes skim my foot, while the other stripes provide support. It keeps the cage from digging hard into my foot. So far, it seems to work well. 3. My heels slide out a bit. That's partly due to the long sizing, I'm sure. But also, the Ultra Boost's collar is looser than the Adipure's—probably because the shoes don't use the same kind of fabric upper. (My heels never slip out of the Adipures.) And the heel counter isn't really locking me down. Wearing thicker socks doesn't help much. Hopefully a smaller size will make a difference. 4. I'm pretty sure the outsole won't last long, especially after seeing other people's photos of worn-down nubs. If I keep these shoes, I'll definitely have to rotate them with other pairs. If the smaller 7.5 size resolves two of those cons, I'll happily keep 'em.
I am really pleased with this bra. Yes, it was a bit of an initial challenge to get it on, but I figured out the secret -- keep the back fastened on the first (widest measurement) and undo the Velcro shoulders for the first try on. Then adjust the shoulders and you're good to go. Very comfortable!
I bought these as part of a gift for my girlfriend's birthday and she adores them. The grey color is very versatile and looks great with navy as well as black outfits. In addition, she said they are the most comfortable pants she owns. She immediately wanted another pair. The height of the model in the picture along with the appropriate size helped me choose the size as well. Also, the quality is quite evident. Good job, adidas.
