I work in the fitness industry and have always struggled to find a sports bra that does what it's supposed to. My chest is sort of heavy for my fit/thin frame, and nothing keeps the ladies in place (without the dreaded uniboob look). This bra comes *close* to being my favorite, thus far. I am 5'8" 130 lbs. I typically wear a 32C and that is what I bought. It runs true to size, I would say. Perhaps ever-so-slighty "small" if you don't like your bras to be compression-like tight, as I do, especially for running. But If you have a toned back, you should be fine with your normal size. If you're weary of bra bulge/back fat... or if your back is not your favorite feature, maybe size up on the band. As someone recommended to me long ago, ALWAYS BUY YOUR BRAS SO THEY FIT TIGHTLY ON THE LAST (3rd) SET OF HOOKS. Elastic is known to stretch out over time, therefore... when the bra *especially a sports bra* begins to "break-in" and stretch out with wear, movement, washing, drying, abrasion, and well... generally bending and breathing.. it will continue to fit as it should, even if this means you need to move to the 2nd or 1st hooks to keep it fitting snug to your ribcage. But... to each their own. Anyway, this bra fits that way which is AWESOME! If you're buying your bras how you should be and wearing the "right" size to begin with (as many women do not) it will be tight at first... but wear it around and it will conform to your body with time, I promise. In the long (distance) run, it's worth it! My only complaint is that I would prefer the front to not have a princess seam (like the same style but in the D/DD sizes, for example) This would allow the bra to be more versatile and lay better (flatter) under tight fitness apparel. Also it would give your bust a slightly more "rounded" look. But all and all, I can't complain. I may try to order the a 32 or 34 in the D cup style and see if this fits me as well... sometimes I can go either way (32/34/C/D) and each size gives me a different "look". The D cup style appears to offer a little more fabric and coverage, and would be better for layering vs. wearing alone. This 32 C gives me some cleavage, which I personally like. The padding is minimal, more like a lining cup, actually, which is nice... because I have piercings that elicit attention sometimes.. which I don't always like to advertise to the lovely people on the streets of NY. This nicely keeps things, covered and concealed without adding bulk to my bust. Another nice feature is the glue-dot like grips on the inside of the elastic band (the part that touches your skin). I'm not sure they really "do anything" so to speak... but I'm hoping once I start sweating they will reduce chafing and keep the bra in place. Hope this helps.
Really great product, amazing quality, fabric is light and breathable but not see through at all, very durable feeling product, small extras add to the value and quality feel such as ankle zips, and small pocket on the waist band, not to mention hey're both fashionable and practical. I would definitely recommend!
These tights are really cute, but not on me. The rise is too low, and I am 5'2". The waistband isn't adjustable so I'm worried that after numerous washings and wearings it may stretch out of shape. The worst thing is that these have the dreaded CT effect on me. This doesn't happen with my (other brand) compression tights. The seam right at crotch is really weirdly bulky, whereas in my compression tights it is flat. Didn't pick up on the CT until I noticed a couple of men giving me strange looks! Have to wear long t shirts with them, which kind of ruins it.
I wear a 34D or 32DD in other bras...imagine my surprise when after trying on multiple sizes I found the best fit in this bra to be a 36B! In addition to being supportive this bra is very good looking. In fact, I've started wearing it in the pool for swimming lessons with my kids. There is no cleavage/spillage/risk of showing too much - yet, I still look supported and sporty. I also wear this bra when exercising...I am a personal trainer and fitness instructor. My workouts are intense and high impact...this bra can withstand it all. PLEASE make it in more colors!!
I'm usually an XS but I always buy my shirts a size bigger so I can truly feel comfortable whenever, I'm training but this shirt was definitely huge on me. (Adidas is made big. Stay true to your size.)
I found the bra hard to get on as the clasp in the back is hard to do by yourself once the bra is on. I kept the clasp secured & put the bra on that way. Was harder to adjust, but once the straps were loosened a little, the bra was a great fit.
Amazing bra. I do kickboxing and this bra didn't disappoint me in support and keep everything in place. Very easy to put on and super comfortable to wear while I worked out. I ended up getting 2 more :)
These are amazing shorts! The stretchy wide waistband is so comfortable and the inner draw cord helps them stay put. The waist also hits at a perfect spot if you don't have a perfectly flat stomach. The material is very light and breathes very well. I also appreciate the 4" inseam I hate tugging down my shorts when I'm running. These shorts do seem to run slightly large; my old Adidas shorts are mediums and the small fit perfectly in these shorts (5'6" 138,lbs, 35" hips 27 1/4 " natural waist). It's not in the description but it's nice to note that these have an inner brief. Hope they make these in more colors!!
Heading into spring, this pullover would be a cute alternative to a jacket post-exercise, for doing yoga, or even as a run-around-town top. It is a true cropped top, even on my petite frame. I like the blouson effect in the back. I bought the grey and white. Btw, even though the description said "sweatshirt", the material is not the typical sweatshirt thick material. Material is a waffle knit polyester.
I love the care and detail put into this bra like the ridges along the band and the soft wicking material along the neckline, but man if this thing ain't a doozy to get on! I'm a big girl and I unfortunately don't have the super power of being able to fasten my bra behind my back. I couldn't get this things on no matter what kind of MacGuyver ways I tried. I knew if I tried to slip it on still clasped, I'd stretch it out and ruin it. I'm sending this back, I'll have to find some better plus-sized sports bras.
Run Tee is lightweight, can be thrown in the gym bag and does what it says on the tin. It's allows for movement and keeps you looking dry. I have found it perfect for combat and power exercise classes. The colour is stunning. Love it.
This bra is perfect for me. I want racerback with hook-and-eye closure (I hate peeling sweaty sports bras off my body), which is a hard combination to find. Moreover, I feel well supported. I don't have a big chest- I'm a 32C, but as a nursing mom, my boobs are super sensitive. I hope Adidas will make this bra in more colors!
As soon as I saw these I knew I had to have them! They are super flattering and look cool as well! The only thing I would say is, as a wearer of compression tights these are nowhere near as firm.. But overall they are great! I'm a size 8 and bought the XS and it's more than comfortable.
This tank has a great cut and fit. I wore it during a high intensity workout and what I remember most about it is not paying attention to it; in other words it stayed in place and didn't restrict movement. The mesh back provides breathability while the front is soft, comfortable and light. I look pretty good in it too!
Love the design of this top! And the colour was a spectacular purple, often colours are different in real life, but his one matches the web picture pretty well. I thought the fit/style would be a bit looser fitting...but it was more fitted. I probably would have bought the next size up so it was a bit longer and free swinging. Overall, very happy. Oh... A vied SUPER FAST! Overnight across 2 states!
