Love this classic Adidas jacket - grew up wear them to basketball practice and STILL love the fit and construction. I like my jackets a little roomy so I can wear a little something underneath - so at 5'4" 130lbs a medium is my fit choice. I like that the jacket and pants are not a total match - complementary but not matchy-matchy. The fabric is top notch - pant and jacket will last for years - mine are a testament to that. No color fade, no shrinkage. I have several .. in all colors... mix and match. Can't beat them! I prefer this to the yoga look... don't need to look like I'm running around in long johns, thank you very much.
I'm a huge fan of adidas and it took me a while to change from the mega bounce and micro bounce to the spring blade. I made the switch and my 1st pair the neon green ( tennis ball color) pair and one of the blade broke at the ball of my shoe. No problem adidas replaced it. I got the 2nd pair in solar pink and it broke in the same place on both...no problem adidas exchanged again . They were very helpful and said the shoe was redesigned and the sole will not break. They were right and the shoes are very comfy and draws a lot of attention with the amazing color combo. I recommend them for running and long term standing 8+ hours. Oh yeah go down a half size because the shoes are a little long.
I am a believer! I've been running on the regular Glide Boosts for about a year now, but decided to train for a marathon (in Chicago!) this winter, so I knew I needed something that would keep me warm during the cold weather. I came across these and knew I had to have them. I wore these today on a 4 mile run through 2-4 inches of untouched snow, air temp 10 degrees, windchill below 0, and they kept my feet completely dry and toasty warm. I wore them with a pair of thin wool socks and they were perfect. I heartily recommend these to anyone crazy enough to brave the elements and run in the cold midwestern (or anywhere) winters!
I ordered these bad boys simply because they looked cool. Well to my surprise they are very comfy. I would say they run just a hair larger then expected and a little on the narrow side. But in all fairness I don't have slender feet. They can be a little slippery on a damp day. But over all they are well made and will provide good support. Lastly the cost is a bit much. I did wait for a sale.
I cannot imagina how anyone could exist WITHOUT these Adidas jackets. I wear them all the time. So far I have just four of them, two black, one white and one yellow, but they won't be the last, and I am eighty three years old!
I think these shoes are amazingly comfortable, light weight, and flexible. Loved the colors and the material. If I didn't know better, I would have kept them... But over the years, I have realized that I really need better arch support for long days on my feet, or for high impact workouts. I have chosen to return these ONLY because of my dumb high arches. I decided to purchase a second pair of the Supernova Sequence Boost 7 shoes instead. They feels amazing on my arches, and I seriously feel like I jump higher in them! LOL
I was so excited to find trico fabric and not a knit that hugs every curve. I ordered the three stripe pants in 2 colors. I love them both and looking forward to wearing them as I get back into shaoe. I tried on a pair of my sister's while visiting in Illinois so I knew they would fit. I looked locally but could not find except in the skinny leg. So I went on line to adidas.com and read the reviews. I should have ordered the matching jacket in XL after reading reviews but didn't so I am returning the large and waiting for the XL. I am confident I will like it. Thanks Adidas Could be a tiny bit looser in the hip area.
I brought the entire outfit (gray with blue stripe). The jacket fit me very well and the pants fit good also. If you have hips I would suggest a larger size for the Jacket. I brought a size small and I am 5' 2" 136 pds. I didn't think the material was heavy as I have read, you can wear this all year round. I wore leggings underneath for the winter and I was fine. The bottoms also were not as big as I read, they do fit a tiny bit loose but if you have some hips & butt it will be a great fit. I will buy other colors!
I ordered the Cosmic Boost based on a recommendation of comfort. That didn't let me down. The fit is pretty good. I was disappointed by the color of shoe I received. I purchased the shoes with the color "multi". In the picture, the shoe appears to be gray with a yellow shoes. The loops for the shoelace are yellow, green, blue, and pink- all pastels. The shoe that got shipped to my house are comparable to a seafoam green color. Very different shade from the picture! That is really my only complaint. It needs a better description or more accurate picture.
I have been running distance for quite some time now, and I have to say I have finally found a shoe I completely love and will never change from. I've tried the minimalist approach with shoes, and found that I liked how light weight the shoes were but there was absolutely no cushioning for my feet. After 18+ miles my feet were spent. These shoes are light weight even though they are not minimalist (10mm drop I believe) but I had no problem transitioning back into a non minimalist shoe because these shoes do not feel heavy or clunky. The mesh on the top is absolutely wonderful. It allows for a breathable, flexible fit. You can actually wiggle your toes in these shoes, which I love because sometimes on long runs I feel like I need to wiggle my toes around! The mesh is also surprisingly warm in the winter time too. This shoe also really fits well around your foot, which gives a great supportive feeling. I highly recommend this model over the newer Boost's because of the flexible material on the sides (right where the 3 stripes are). On the newer model those stripes are made of a hard plastic and they literally dig into the sides of your feet. Not comfortable at all. So if you are looking between this model and the new ones I recommend these!! I am going on my third pair of these and have trained for 3 marathons in these Supernova Glide Boost 7s. I am never going back to another shoe!
The colour doesn't look like it does in the photo, which wasn't the deal breaker. It is the the fact that I think these shoes will fall apart after a very short while. They are more comfy than my current sneakers and I will keep the exchanged pair to wear to work. I will purchase the Boost series or Supernova to begin running. I don't think the material of the uppers and sides will last after a few months of consistent running wear.
Ordered a small and it fits nicely with some give in the body/bust area, but is still fitted enough to look great. Love the yellow color with the dark (DARK) NAVY stripes. I thought the stripes were black when I ordered but the colors mix well, anyway. Reminds me of Kill Bill, which is a lot of why I ordered it. :)
The adidas 3 striped jacket shows respect for women athletes by making their women's sportswear quality and cut to fit a serious woman athlete. No clothes for air heads here folks, like another famous brand I could name!
Well made, first of all. Adidas is known for that and that's one reason why I stick with that line. Also as others have stated you can throw this on and ... whatever tasks of your day this jacket is great. Goes with anything. The fit<<< ahhhh yes. :) me likes... I added my own small shoulder pads for a more tailored look. It looks expensive... :) Take care in laundering and you'll have it for years to come. You can wear blue jeans no matter what style (carpenter, shorts, skinny etc). I wear Sketcher shape ups and my look is comfy. :) Au revoir
The description of the colour was coral, and since I was looking for a shoe that was not black or loud, I thought these looked perfect. Unfortunately, they are more of a neon orange, than a soft coral. No complaint on the fit. Nice and light to wear. But the colour was just not for me, I had to return. I wish we had other options on the colour.
