I've bought several Ultimate and Clima Ultimate T shirts over the past several years. The Size Large Ultimate T shirts produced a few years ago fit perfectly. All of the Clima Ultimate T shirts in size Large, while long enough, are tight across my shoulders and chest. Although finding that mildly annoying, I kept the Clima Ultimate T shirts while attributing the difference in fit to their being a slightly different style from the Ultimate T shirts. Ultimate T shirts I bought a few months ago fit well, however, those I purchased just a few weeks ago run small like the Clima Ultimate shirts. Why is there such inconsistency in the sizing of these shirts?
I had to return the large I bought, since it was tight, but the XL fits great. Keep in mind I'm usually a large size, so if you're worried about anything fitting too trim, don't hesitate to order one size up. Also, the waist band is larger than I'm used to, which was only an issue when the waist ran too small. Now with my XL pair, they fit great, are a proper, regular length and bagginess (not too large like an XL underarmor would be). This really is how the Large size should be cut. If they had side pockets I'd buy more of them.
I'am 5 45, 160lbs. I usually wear slim-fit medium shirts and pants from both adidas performance, and originals. If you want a slim-fit/muscle-fit, buy a small size, which is what I did and still comfortable. But if you want some more room and does not care about the shape of your body, but a medium.
Love the Squadra shorts for their fit and comfort (few seams and wicking!), but I had to skip the womens version to get a longer inseam. (A Mens size Medium fits about the same as a Womens size Large.) I don't play soccer anymore (retired from 13 years of indoor!), but I love these shorts for fitness classes and running. They never disappoint!
I have always loved adidas Squadra shorts... but this year they seem much shorter than in previous years. The fabric quality is still very good and I love the adidas brand, but I had to return these and find an alternative product (adidas Youth XL fits similarly to adult small and the Youth XL shorts are long enough)
I have always loved wearing adidas gear including shoes, but I expected these shorts to be a little longer in length. According to the description, they were what I was looking for. I'm a 53 year women who loves working out at the gym, the last thing I want to worry about is my shorts riding up. Now a days a lot of the gear that's being made is made for 20-30 year olds. I just wanted comfortable work out clothes. I'll still wear them though but I'll be careful.
I gave it four stars because the only downs to it are that you have to break it in because it starts off a little too tight (like any type of basketball gear) and there's a string you need to cut in the back of the headband to make it neat and clean. Other than that, I really recommend buying it. I start every single basketball game and this thing really does soak up all my sweat. The durability is also awesome.
On the basketball court and on the job, this has to be my favorite headband. I like how the climalite really absorbs all the sweat and I enjoy how it is reversible to match any basketball outfit from my top to my shoes. With this headband being my favorite trademark, I'm ready to get my work done with style.
I'm here to win; it is either Adidas or whatever, No substitutes, No Compromises. I have been using Adidas merchandises since late 70's when I played Tennis for college and amazingly ever since they never failed me neither on high quality nor on durability. That keeps me young and going as they still amaze me every time I get their products. Climalite 2.0 even medium is perfect fit for me size 9.5 US and the my wife size 7.5 US. It is a Perfect Fit, Comfortable, No sweet, Cool, with a great support and Cushion and No Smell. Stitches in front are done in way that they are not getting between your fingers or itch between your toenails and tow. It doesn't slip or turn on your feet it is just High Quality. It is the best socks (Feet Glove) I ever wore in an Adidas shoes. I obviously wear them for Tennis, min. 2 hours in every game it is just one of the most amazing thing to feel how perfectly fits your feet while fitting it inside the Adidas Tennis Court shoes from the moment you put them on till you take them off. Most importantly the height cut is so precise that it is neither awkwardly siting too low or high out of the shoes it is an absolute perfection to match the shoes humbly showing it's strips. although this Climalite 2.0 Low-Cut is only a pair of Socks; however, it simply reflects Adidas's tradition with absolute sincerity and devotion to provide their sportsmen and women with a perfected quality of tool to win it comfortably. Adidas Amazed me again and it is just a pair of Socks and I had socks before but not Climalite 2.0 Low-Cut. It's not the size of the dog in the fight; it's the size of the fight in the dog.
I got these to diversify my soccer attire (already have several of the other styles). These and the squadras are my favorite. Sometimes I have a little bit of an issue with riding up on inner thigh, but I have large thighs relative to my proportions (5'7", 160lbs, 30-31 waist, small in these).
I have larger thighs so if I buy average shorts, they tend to ride up and look like underwear. These are roomy and long enough that if they ride up, they still look presentable. I can even run in them, something I can't do in most shorts. However, I have a pair of Tiros and those are way too long for me because I'm only 5' 3". If you're on the tall side and want long shorts I recommend those instead.
These shorts are absolutely amazing when on the pitch. Played a game in nearly 90°+ and they held true and kept me cool. They do run a little small, as in above the knee but non the less have plenty of room for fluid motion. If you have an issue with tight fitting shorts with your regular size, (e.g I'm 5,10 and M and they are a bit snug without adjusting the waistband) go ahead and order a size up. Hope this review was helpful.
I bought an "Ultimate Tee" at a retail store. The small was a bit tight for a general workout shirt, so I got a medium. Perfect! So perfect that I immediately bought 5 more online. When the new ones arrived, they were not so ultimate... the sleeve cut had changed (raglan sleeve, not inset like the one I had already) and the shirt was quite a bit longer. The neck ribbing was also a little thicker and cheaper looking. Bummed out they tried to improve on perfection. The new fit is a bit sloppy. Still a good workout shirt though. Go with dark colors if you plan to sweat a lot - you'll look like a sweaty mess otherwise.
These are solid sweatbands, as I've used Adidas brands in the past and they are good quality. However, the picture shows bands with just the logo on them. The ones I received had the logo and the words Adidas under them. Not a huge deal, but the main reason I got them was because I thought they looked cooler with just the logo (as opposed to the ones I already had, which include the words).
The shorts themselves are FANTASTIC! However, I ordered them in white and they are COMPLETELY see through. I have tried wearing nude panties, but my skin still shows through. I have also tried to wear spanks or other shapers in nude, but even a sheer pattern is visible. I would recommend the shorts, but just not in the white.
