micoach is all you need to get the results you want.
I've been looking for the "everything in one" smart tracking device, and this has everything I'm looking for BUT the ability to swim laps in the pool/ocean. Thank you again Andrew P. for the helpful information, and Adidas, please make this swimmer friendly. However, I do love the sleek clean look of the miCoach Fit Smart Activity Tracker & HRM, it's the "Goldilocks/baby bear" I've been looking for -- not too masculine and not too feminine.
I've had these for 3 years, and I've never had the problems that I had with other knee pads. I had the black/gray ones and was really disappointed to see that they only have White knee pads of these now. I'm always diving on the court and if I buy white oned they wouldn'te last long white. Would totally buy again.
A great watch for every day use, extremely comfortable, stylish, and perfect for running. I really enjoy the new activity tracking features as well. However, I have had some issues with durability regarding the watch band. I have personally owned two of these. After a few months of normal use, the band on the first one began to tear. I stopped wearing it as I was afraid that continued use would cause the rubber to tear completely through. Yet still, because I liked the watch's design so much, I then bought a new one, and after a somewhat longer duration of time the rubber began to tear in the exact same location on the watch band. I would really rather not have to switch brands to another fitness/running watch since this one was both so aesthetically pleasing and so functional, but honestly I don't know if I want to invest in a new one if it's simply going to rip in the same place again.
My 12 year old son received this ball as a gift. At first he was excited to receive the ball to improve his soccer skills (would consider him advanced rec player). We compared it to the 9450 electronic basketball which provides immediate verbal coaching feedback and hoped the Micoach would provide the same. Unfortunately, the Micoach provides feedback on the path of the ball and the type of shot but not insight into how to improve (i.e. follow through, kick ball lower etc.) The tips also seem to be static not related to the prior kick that was made. Yes the ball does provide significant information but the method of communication back to the user is limited and requires higher level skills to unlock. It would be great if there the verbal feedback or even written coach more than feedback on how to improve the last kick but have not been able to find that information. If it exists please let me know.
I bought this Micoach Smart ball believing that this ball could be paired with Galaxy S6, and I downloaded the Smart ball app. But when I try to pair it with the ball, app says that it could not find the ball. What can I dow
These socks come in one size which ANY runner knows doesn't work. My foot size is in the middle of the range and there were two extra inches of sock on each foot. Poor, poor design. Do not buy these socks. You will be disappointed
I've had this watch for about a week or so and every time I charge it something ends up not being able to work like step counting but that only happened once and now it only tracks steps and heart rate but stopped calculating calories burned. How do I fix it?
I absolutely love this watch. I have lost 40 pounds and 10 inches in the one year I've had the watch. I had to replace the watch a couple months ago because it would no longer find my heart rate. It looks like I'm in the same boat again. I'll have to go replace it for the second time I less than a year for the same issue. I love the watch, but I think I might have to go else where because I can't keep wasting money on replacing it every few months.
I like it, but trying to get use to it is taking a little time. Having a problem when I take it to work. I'm a truck driver and it seems to count step in the bumpy ride. Trying things to get it right!
Absolutely love these socks. I am on my feet 11 hrs or more at work and found that these socks keep my feet cool and have much less swelling in my legs and am so much more comfortable at the end of the day.
I have had my FitSmart for a couple years. I only recently started wearing it all the time. I decided to start tracking my activity. It will just reset it's time to 12:00, losing all my data. I can just be sitting there, walking, doesn't matter. If it decides, my info is gona and I have to sync again to get it to the correct time. Super frustrating when you're trying to track progress. Would recommend this to everyone if it didn't have this issue. Would like to know why this keeps happening and if it is happening to others. If I can't get it to correct, I'll have to switch brands.
Overall perfect sports essential watch. Tells the time, then with one button shows you your Steps, Distance, Calories burned and more. Calories burned calculates the active calories and passive calories as well, so there's no more guessing. Tracking a Gym workout or Run on the street/treadmill is super easy to do, it's accurate, and super user friendly with the miCoach Train & Run app, and it syncs quickly through bluetooth. The app also offers free training and running programs based on your goals, and has an in-ear coach that you can listen to. The Heart Rate monitor is perfect for training, and there is also a progress bar on the side of the display that shows you how close you are to hitting your goal. NOTE: The picture makes the watch look like a hard plastic type of material, however it is really silicone. Very soft against your skin.
The socks look great. The feel durable and comfortable. However, they were advertised as training socks on adidas.com, and they turned out to be soccer socks. This isn't a huge issue as the socks are great. It's just for those who are nit-picky. Otherwise, these are fantastic socks, and look great on feet.
I bought a FitSmart watch with the intention of working out but shortly after ended up in a wheelchair due to a bad fall. I was wondering if the FitSmart would work the same if someone was confined to a wheelchair. So far Ive had the watch for a year and it hasn't shown any signs of deterioration. I like the display features and how it is low profile. It would be nice if there was mode for people who are in wheelchairs or even some sort of step converter to help.
I love this ball because of the real time feedback, and the spot on aesthetic this is a 5 star ball and higher quality than a standard match approved ball. The only problem I going is that it is all white so after playing with it it get a little dirty. Yet the ball clean very easy, except some grass stains and dirt between the patches remain.
Ordered ball for grandson's Christmas, would not inflate or charge. Returned and ordered second ball. Left second ball on charger 24 hours and only showed charge of 1%...Great idea, but poor technology. Cannot recommend.
I bought this product right before my start of the year basketball tournament and arrived the day before. This is a great product for players like me who dive for the ball and play tough at the post. It wasn't heavy or restricting, but I do recommend going a size up so you don't have trouble pulling them up. Only thing that could've been better was the durability. When I dove once the padded part wasn't entirely on my knee so the floor caught the side of it and tore a small hole by the pad. Overall would recommend this to any physical player!
App only works w/newer devices. My IPhone 4 and IPad 2 are too old, even with up-to-date software. (Bluetooth) So, unless you're prepared to send your child outside with your newer, expensive devices, don't get this! I'm not letting my son play soccer w/my new IPad or phone, so back to the store for this one.
I've had my watch for about 3 months. At first it worked great and for every workout. Now it has trouble finding my heart rate and mid-workout it will drop my heart rate down lower than 100. I don't know who to call or who to contact to get it fixed. It was working great and want to continue to use it if it works. HELP!
I am a total geek about training devices, programs and data and have had far more than my share of devices after competitive bike racing for several year. I have had the FitSmart for just over 1 year and have used it 5 - 6 times per week every week. Product Quality: Battery life is the same as the day I got, which is more than I can say for my phone. The heart rate monitor is just as accurate as chest strap monitors. Band is very comfortable and durable. Design:Well thought out an complete. The watch communicates with you via colored lights and vibrations to let you know what training zone you are in, if it's the right zone for the workout and gives you 5 seconds notice before a training zone change. You can workout with or without your phone and easily synch the workout afterward. Watch paired w phone allows you to track speed and distance by GPS and stride sensor, heart rate, calories burned, fastest mile and elevation. Micoach Awesomeness: The micoach website and app interface brings it all together. On the site, you can design your own training program, ranging from running races, to sport specific, to general fitness. The programs integrate strength, endurance and flexibility. The programs are periodized to gradually build up your capacity and taper your efforts to prevent overtraining. The running workouts have great variety, from steady state endurance building to intervals to build speed and strength. Adidas teaches you to train the right way! During strength training workouts, the micoach app includes an animated video to show you how to properly perform an exercise right on the screen of your phone. You can track your weight, reps, even the shoes you wore. Their program has it all, if you get geeked out like I do, you can deep dive into the data, or if you want easy guidance and feedback, they make it quick and simple. Seriously, the best overall product out there!
Have used the Fit Smart for about six months while exercising. Never a problem. Accurate heart monitoring while cycling, spinning, running on a treadmill and working out in other ways. Establish goals based on heart rate and monitor heart response during cooling off.
I bought this for personal training, really able to assist someone serious about improving their shot. No complaints, excellent ball (just a bit below Brazuca quality), fast charge, instant data. What's not to love.
The ball itself is great. It is of high quality construction, is easy to charge, and connects easily to the Android app on my phone. The app itself is very good for a product this early in its lifecycle. As an early adopter of the Zepp sensor for baseball, if the Adidas software team is anywhere near as good as the Zepp software team, I anticipate the app will only get better in a few months. It is already giving feedback to my daughter that she has not received in three years of playing travel soccer, and I expect this ball to elevate her game to a point that it would not get to without the feedback it provides.
Good product, easy set up and easy to use. I'm using it as coaching tool with my u11 travel team. The kids have fun seeing their stats, speed of kick, where they make contact on the ball etc. and allows me to work individually with them to improve their technique.
So the ball came with only 30% charged which prevents it being software updated unless charged over 50%. Without sw update it cannot be used with the mobile app. Either the ball or the charging station is broken from the get go so more than a week in, it hasn't been tested yet as confirming something is broken requires the ball to be fully uncharged (really bad engineering needing to fully uncharge before charging again). Try telling all that to a 12 year old. Hoping to get the ball & charging station replaced but have to say that at this price level, stuff shouldn't arrive broken and complications with charging tell the design is flawed to start with. My recommendation would be not to buy this version but wait & see if they get the technology right over couple new hardware updates.
