I train 4-5 times a week- zumba, latin mix and functional strength training. After some time my knees started to hurt, my running shoes were not good for what I was doing, they were too bulky and heavy. So I found these in the store, and I have to say, after just a week, my knees are like new. This shoes are the most comfortable pair I ever had- it is almost like being barefoot but still protected and with enough of grip. I dont slide while I do some exercises anymore, but when I need to change direction while dancing, they allow me to move freely. They are so light, I would warmly recommend them to everybody. Material is also easy to maintain.

I just bought these over the weekend and wore them for the first time today. I LOVE THEM!! I never felt like I had to break them in and they didn't rub my feet raw like some other new tennis shoes that I have bought in the past have done. My foot runs slightly wider so the toe box in this shoe is perfect. They're so comfortable you don't feel like you're wearing anything. The arch support is great and the style is beautiful. I think I will go back and get 3 more pairs :)

I have long, narrow feet and normally wear a size 7.5. With that in mind, I can say that for me, this shoe looks great, fits like a glove (though some people find this a turnoff), and is exactly what the doctor ordered in terms of a *lightweight* shoe to wear to group exercise classes. I regularly train Les Mills group exercise programs, and after only a week, have already fallen in love with these shoes (with just the right amount of support) for my workouts. I don't feel I've compromised on stability but have a much better "feel for the floor" in these shoes. The flexibility of the sole is an appreciated bonus, and it has just the right amount of traction to do roundhouses without wrenching my ankles (if I execute less than optimally...). I appreciate the fact that these shoes seem perfect for all of my gym workouts so far, whether it's weightlifting, step, kickboxing, or zumba. I would recommend trying a pair on before committing to them, as the tight fit disagrees with some, but they've made a believer out of me. I never thought I'd find a suitable replacement for my Nike Zoom Sister One+ shoes after they stopped making them, but these shoes fit the bill!!

I was very excited to try a new "minimal" sneaker and have always really liked Adidas shoes, so I was very hopeful. However, the shoe material is kind of rubbery and wasn't so comfortable, it seemed a bit stiff compared to the other shoes I have. Unfortunately, I will be returning these shoes.

I've been training seriously for the last 4 months and decided to order this shoe for its minimalism. I'm 5'9 and typically where a size 10 1/2 but this shoe was extremely comfortable and light but the fit very narrow and slim. Unfortunately it was too tight a fit so I returned them and purchased the Adipure Gazelle and I absolutely love those.
