I wear a size 10 and depending on the brand, a medium to large shirt. After reading reviews on sizing, I purchased this in a medium. I could barely get it zipped and it was skin tight. I am 5'8" and I weigh 150 pounds. Otherwise, the quality of the jacket was nice and appeared to be made of nice sturdy material.

Three in one jacket, and I've worn all three for the last week. Small fits well, but since I'm 5'1, 101 lbs., having the option of an extra small would be perfect.
