I guess the new adidas pants were a little different as they all have zippers in the legs, which I would prefer not and the size must be a little different.The ones I have are large,but when I ordered large ones, they seemed to run a little too large.I sent them back (which is a good policy with them) and ordered medium.Well, when they came, they seemed a little too snug. I guess I will order the large,but they sure run a litte bigger then the ones I had.I just love the comfort of them though and I am planning to get more.

I loved my old Adidas pants, both in appearance and in how well they wore these many years I have worn them! I wanted to replace them with the exact same thing, which, of course, was not possible. My newly purchased Firebird Track pants did not compare well in appearance. The sharp white stripes contrasted nicely with the navy blue of the old pair while the new pair has a faded blue looking stripe. As for size I went by the weight guidelines and by the reviews wrtten by previous writers. Therefore, I bought a Large because I thought they ran small. But now I'm finding I have to roll the waistband over more than an inch to make them even close to fitting properly. I wear them to work out at the gym daily, and I do expect that they will wear well.

I ordered this in size S b/c I didn't want the XS to be too snug, but the small was too loose for me, so I ended up switching to XS afterall (usually wear size 0-2 in various manufacturers.) Now that I have the size right, I couldn't be happier! These are the classic looking adidas track pants we all grew up loving. They never go out of style. The color combo is great and I look forward to many years of both athletic and casual use. I hope they come out with more colors down the road!

I have had these pants before in black and they're the most comfy things in the world. These ones were a much tighter fit for the same size and overall not as comfy. The main reason I'm returning them, however is that they are SEE THROUGH!!!!! The pockets look pathetic and you can see every inch of your skin underneath. Soooo bummed, as I've been wanting these in white for some time now. They are also not stark white, they have a little cream in them. Don't waste your money on the shipping to you then shipping it back!!

It's hard for women 5'4" to get inseams 28"-30". These were not offered with the shorter leg so far as I could tell. Also, finding white in such pants is very hard so that made them very attractive to me....These are almost perfect although I was looking for the very thin 100% polyester. . . more like a windbreaker thickness...These have the look but are a heavier weave and the inside is a soft felt type cloth......a little warmer and less flowing fabric than what I really wanted..But they look really good on..

Both my friend and I tried on many Adidas warm-ups at a local sports store, but they didn't have the colors we wanted. So we went on line and ordered this item in the same size we tried on in the store. It does not fit the same as their other track pants. The fit is much tighter. We are both dancers and runners with not much body fat and we would need to order the next size up. We went according to the sizing chart for waiste and hip measurements and these do not comply with the sizing chart. We were very disappointed.

I have continued to try to find the Adidas pants which I use to wear many years ago. Those that were not hip huggers but were really the Classic track pants which sat at the waist. I purchased two pair, both mediums, one pair although sat below the waist and fit alright but not wonderful. The other pair was about two inches larger in waist and hip areas. I have kept them but am not very happy. It is too much trouble and expensive to return especially since it is apparent that Adidas no longer makes the pants which I long far.

I actually had to return my pants! Im less than 100lbs and about 5'4 and the small was just too big. They were sold out of extra small so i figured i'd give it a try, not a good idea. :(
Unless yu have hips and are rather thick a small is not gonna fit yu.

Pants with pockets are a must for me, are hard to find in athletic wear,and this track suit has them. I also love the wide choice of wonderful colors. After receiving my first track suit, I immediately bought a second suit. One slight complaint or warning. The size medium was a tad skimpy. If you are borderline medium, go one size up.

I read the previous reviews after I made my purchased and felt like, dag, maybe what theyre saying is true. Only way to find out for sure was when I actually received the size Medium in the firebird track pants, Black and White. I tried them on with thermals underneath and it fitted well, not too tight, not too baggy. I even removed the thermal from underneath and they still fitted well, not too tight, not too baggy. Im a happy costumer. thank you adidas, also the length is somewhat long with no footwear on, but of course when u put on your sneakers, etc, its good to go

Granted these were on sale, they leave nothing to the imagination. They are completely see through. I had to take them to a tailor to have another lining sewn into them. All my other Adidas purchases have been high quality, so I am quite disappointed in this purchase!!!

these pants are amazing. the fit is relaxed but still looks cute. they run a tad big (for me at least). i have an athletic build and normally wear a size 6 and purchased the mediums and they are a bit baggy (but i'm totally keeping them!). i bought two pairs and definitely plan on buying more. i'm so in love with these pants!

I order all my work pants (I am a physical education teacher) from Adidas because of the fit, style, and value. I own the track pants in 7 colors, but "Firebird" was the most well-recieved! On the website, they appear red, but when they arrived, I was shocked to discover they are super bright electric salmon! Now, not being a shy person nor your average PE teacher, I rocked them at work and everyone had something to say! The kids loved them, the adults commented on their brightness and my colleagues agreed, only I could pull that color off! I even wrote about the "Firebird" pants on my Facebook page! Like all Adidas track pants, they fit and look great- but if you really want to stand out, buy a pair of "Firebirds" and watch out! Love 'em!

i really love this pant , its very stylish and comfy.The material is great quality, the only thing is im 5' 7", 140lbs and they were sort of short. I had to get the next size up. Now they are sort too loose, im good at sewing so its nothing a little tailoring couldn't fix. I just wish they ran a little longer so I wouldn't have to go through this, but i still love them.

I ordered the sweatsuit to wear to my sons 1st bday party at a gym. I typically like my sweatsuits a little on the "Couture" side so I ordered a large despite reading the many reviews. The pants were little short for my taste so I returned it for a larger size. They were a great length but a little looser than I would like. Still cool tho!

Received my order and very disappointed. Material is very thin, I ordered it in white, therefore it was almost translucent and my skin can be seen underneath. I suppose for a young person with a fantastic body this would be a plus. The pants were very long, and would need to be cut about 4 inches to fit my 5'3" height.

Pants are very nice but not a bright white as shown on the website. I purchased the White jacket to go with the pants as a set. The pants are more of an off white/cream white, and the jacket is a true bright white.
The customer service for Adida is great. I would still purchase from again.

I am extremely pleased with the track pants which I purchased. The quality of material is grade A. They feel great and fit great as well. Have received multple comments on them. The shorts are okay. I purchased them because they were the 2012 Marathon shorts and each year that I run I purchase something.I can't figure out what I think is a pocket it is not deep and doesn't have a slot on something to close it.

I love these track pants! I purchased the matching jacket and collected compliments the entire day from the hardest critic available--Highschool girls! I teach physical education in NYC and these track suits are fashionable and functional. The bloom/white color is girlie and athletic rolled into one. I feel like sporty barbie in it and love it:) I also coach the volleyball team so this piece will be one of my faves this season. I'm going stock up on a few more colors. The quality is top match.

This is the most awesome outfit. It is so soft and comfortable, and moves smoothly with your body. It is an exact size, so if you like your jackets a little big, then order a size larger. The same goes for the pants. I like my pants to drape over my shoe, so I bought a size larger. In some stores you could pay over $100.00 for the complete outfit, including shirt. Shopping directly with Adidas has saved me half of that cost. I wish I could afford on in every color!

I bought the pants, turbo/ running white one. I expepted red color, but it was not. It is very bright which like flruorescent orange. but it's not adidas fault. i took a picture for reviwing but it showed that it s red.
it' s too highlighted redorangish color to wear but it' not bad. I took off one star because of unexpected color and i took off because of length it runs a little long for my legs.

An excellent weight for the winter. Perfect fit, not to snug or baggie.
The length isn't extremely long. At 5'4" the medium length did O.K.
Most of the time they must be shortened, and that isn't easy with the zippers. I use them for dog sports, and not a gym. So I appreciate the fabric weight, great waist band and zipper pockets and a nice comfortable fit. I rated high for the quality, but haven't had time to actually test the wash and wear over time......

The fit is great, the material is comfortable and quiet. My problem with them is that they are slightly see through, which I did not expect, so now that means I probably will just let them stay in the closet rather than wear them in public. I guess I have to chock this up to my stupidity, oh well.

I was excited to get this color and assumed I'd be the same size as the previous one I ordered, however, this ran pretty small.. The xs fit like leggins and you can see not only the pockets, but my undergarments as well. Very cute, but too sheer for my liking. I would suggest ordering the next size up for these pants.

I bought black with gold stripes, and liked it, so I ordered the black with white stripes. However, the black/white pants do not fit nearly as well around the waist as the black/gold, and the leg length is significantly shorter also. As much as an inch or shorter! Fortunately the black /gold are a little long, making the black/white wearable, but only just.
Disappointing, though.

Was hesitant about ordering these after reading reviews on sizing etc, however yes pants are sheer and seethrough but they are nice, original, and pretty. If you like tighter look go with size down, if looser and in the limbo go with size up. Personaly i am M in most cases, but ordered these in S and they are fitting nicely. Not too snug, not short, just right.

These pants seemed pricey at first, but upon receiving them, I IMMEDIATELY put them on and I know now they are worth every penny!!!!! I had a pair when I was a teenager and they lasted for years, until I eventually outgrew them. I expect that these will last for a long time to come. Great for lounging or working out. Classic Adidas style, always a winner!

I usually wear a size 4 or 6 on the bottom.
I am trim but have a butt, so I ordered the Mediums. I wanted them to be a little loose, and comfy, for wearing on an airplane.
If you're looking for something like the old skool adidas pants, opt for a larger rather than smaller size. The smalls were too tight in the thighs for a casual pant like I wanted.

This was the 6th track suit that I purchased from Adidas online. I purchased the pink top / botttoms for my 12 yr old daughter who is slender. It fit her perfectly and she likes it a lot. What I like most is the style and fit on her. She looks great and so does the rest of the family including my 10 month old in his little track suit.

My purchase included the Jacket as well. I wanted a matching outfit to take care of my errands in and suitable for socializing if need be. The price was a little high, although I was willing to make the sacrifice to receive quality merchandise. My only regret is that I wished the inseam length would be 32" instead of 31".

I ordered these pants in Royal/Hope, loved the color but they did not fit good in the crotch area. There is just too much material in that area of the pants. I am afaid if I go a size smaller then they will be too short. Dilemma on whether to keep or return.

Rated 5 out of 5Â by MOnkey These pants are fantastic! They are wonderful for winter as they have an additional layer of warm cotton on the inside for added warmth. The zipper pockets are fantastic as well! I never have to worry about something falling out. Very comfotable and roomy!
