I have these pants in two colors. They are lined and the fabric is not quite as nice as the Ultimate Track Pant (these are also not quite as comfortable.) However, I wear them quite a bit and I love the color combos (which is why I have a couple pair.)
I'm not a huge fan of the lining. I would rather see a thicker outer shell without the lining, but the pants look great.
The sizing on these is confusing. All adidas pants have the same size chart; I bought the Ultimate Track Pant in L and the length is perfect while the waist a tab big. I own one pair of these in large, and they run long and bigger in the waist. My M pair (these are the only pants I can wear in a M) fit well for length and waist. I'm 5"11 with a 34 inch waist/31 inseam.

They're great pants don't get me wrong but I always wear adidas clothing (unless I have to go out on a date or somewhere nice) and I've had problems loosing my things because they fall out and these pants don't have the side-seam pocket. they are a great pair of pants but if you're looking for side seam you wont get any.
