The spikes are ok. Not as light as they could be. Definitely way too stiff in the forefoot, and the two sharkskin pads in the forefoot hurt after a while and cause aches and pain each time I put them on. If they were the exact same except had the forefoot bottom of the avanti 1's, they'd be absolutely awesome (especially if they were an ounce or two lighter). Overall I give the shoe a "B".

The weight is wrong on your website. It says that they are 9 oz in size 9 when they are actually 4.9 oz. they are great for steeple and drain water well. Light in my likes and fast. Great for long distance due to cushioning.

The texture is really nice. I love this shoes for the reason it's Highly responsive and the flexibility is perfect. This shoe is perfect for racing as it is extremely light and provides comfort through distance races. This shoes are seen on some athletes in London Olympics 2012. Which shows that this shoe is one of the best choices. It's a must-have item that will provide you with various advantages over your competition. Simply it is great shoe to have.
