I like trail shoes with aggressive tread and Adidas is the only brand that I trust. I had the first generation Kanadia shoes and I wore them for 3+ years before I decided that I should get new ones. Even three years later those shoes looked slightly worn and performed well. The Thrasher 2 model lived up to my expectations. Time will tell with they will last as long as the Kanadias but so far I am very satisfied. They do run a little small, I ordered my size but had to return them and do a half size larger. Return was simple and easy. These shoes are also on the warmer side. Overall great shoes and I recommend them highly!

I am a zipline guide that has to hike moderate to challenging terrain in a high desert climate. The Thrasher 2.0 shoes are perfect keeping my feet supported, comfortable, and breathable. They have done so well that I bought a second pair and will alternate. I have been an Adidas supporter for life: professional soccer player, coach, and now my retirement gig. This product upholds the time tested tradition of quality established by Adi Dassler.

I really, really like these shoes. Unfortunately, I had to send the first pair back and order a half size larger. I found out a long time ago that Adidas normally runs 1/2 size too small for me, but I didn't expect these shoes to be a full size too small. So, I ordered a second pair that is a full size larger than my normal shoe size and then boxed up the pair that was too small. I will have to eat the return shipping costs. FYI Adidas, either consistently size your shoes or pay for return shipping.

I recently started running about a month ago. i really did not know about the importance of wearing running shoes. I decided to buy this pair of Thrasher 2.0 because of its price. i thought it was a decent price for starting runner like me. They feel pretty nice i think they are just perfect for me.

This has been an awesome shoe so far. I have used them for my trail running and also for the ISA softball tournaments I play in. The traction and durability have been great. I would definitely recommend these to anyone on my softball team. Just make sure you order a half size larger, they tend to run small.

Once these shoes got broken in they fit like a glove. I went against some of the previous reviews and ordered my regular size. They were snug at first, but after a couple of hours in the house they stretched out. Super comfy. Thanks Adidas!

I've noticed that Adidas seems to be adjusting shoe sizes downward. My feet stopped growing years ago but an Adidas size 10 doesn't fit like they did several years back.
While I love the shoes but they are tight not a good on-line purchase.

Like many others have noted, make sure you order at least a half size larger than you would for other athletic shoes. I wore them this weekend for a softball tournament and I was very happy with the traction and stability.

After reading all the other reviews, I ordered my shoes an entire size larger and glad I did. I always wear Adidas shoes for training. This is the first time I have ever had to order up in size. However, love these shoes!

Good comfortable shoe when you order a size up due to sizing problems with Adidas. Order a size up. The traction is good unless you get the soles wet and you hit rocky or hard wet surfaces.

I wear a size 13 and I read in other reviews that this shoe runs small so I ordered a 14. The size 14 fits snug, I could've used a 14.5 or even a 15. The quality of the shoe is very good.

True to fit,comfort is top notch! The last 3 pairs of specialized shoes have been adidas and all have lasted longer than most and have held the comfort level that I expected.
