It is a very well built jacket. I always wanted to have a similar jacket so I can use almost on every occasion. Being in Southern California is hard to get cold, and such a jacket makes a lot of sense. Some nice features like the Velcro on the cuff, elastic band with spring taps on the bottom of the jacket, and the high tech fabric functions make it a must item for any outdoor activities.
They only things I would like to be improved are the length of the sleeves and the fit of the body. The sleeves are a little too long. The body could be a little fitter. I usually wear M on other brands and they fit me so well, but runs a little big for me with this jacket.

Needed a layer that could protect for precipitation and add layer of warmth - and this did it. Matched with a puffer jacket - this is all I needed for travel outdoors in snow and sub 20 degree temps. Great armpit zippers are useful post workout travel so I can cool off without the wait. Super useful corded waist also makes it an attractive look and feel - great purchase even if pricey.

I'd like the underarm vents, which I like by the way, to have some mesh in them, not just open completely, and I think the jacket would benefit by having a small pocket, inside or out, up higher, to put a phone or mp3 player in, otherwise it's a great jacket. I'm not in great shape but I think a 2XL should have a little more room in it.

I think this jacket is good, I wish the collar was different, a stand up collar should stand up all the time, not just when the coat is zipped up. An inside chest pocket for glasses(or others) should be on this jacket. The style is great, I wear it all the time. Even though it's not perfect, it's good enough to get another one too.
