Rated 5 out of 5 by One of a Kind Love these shoes. I have other standard Rod Lavers and they are great for summer wear. I wanted something suede for wearing with jeans. Didn't even know these existed, but they jumped out at me on the website. The mods make them much more comfortable than original Lavers. Very happy with purchase. November 23, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by Super Luxe Lavers I was hesitant to buy these shoes after reading a low review of them. Fortunately, I ordered them anyway and they are awesome. They fit exactly like the classic Rod Laver shoes, but even more comfortable. The suede upper adds an additional layer of luxuriousness and extra warmth for those living in the Northeast. And they look great. I'm off to buy another pair for backup. January 28, 2013
Rated 3 out of 5 by soloist rod laver I have owned almost every pair of Rod's for many years now. I actually shelled out the $150 for these but very disappointed in the fit/feel. Not the same as other versions and felt different, not as comfy as the $50 standard pair. And then to return it cost me another $10 as they dont offer free returns. Bring back the summer canvas Rod's, the grey canvas. December 20, 2012
Rated 2 out of 5 Nice looking, but that's it Great design, but they fit too narrow, and the soles have a hard, slick surface that's doesn't grip well. Wish they were better. For $140 they should be! January 3, 2013
