Orders placed after 12:00 p.m. EST are shipped the next business day.
mi adidas product orders are shipped to you within 3 to 4 weeks.
Gift cards ship separately and are delivered to you within 3-8 business days.
You will not be charged for any product until it has shipped. Please note that custom mi adidas products are made just for you, and you will be charged at the time of your order. Custom mi adidas orders cannot be cancelled and products cannot be returned.

Returns
We want you to be 100% satisfied. If you find an adidas product purchased from adidas.com does not perform to your expectations, you can return your order for a refund within 30 days of receipt. This excludes all mi adidas custom products which are made just for you.
We apologize, but we do not credit shipping costs for returned orders.
