I have run 15 miles in these shoes, and I love the cushioning in them and they are very comfortable, except for one problem. The tongue is too thin and the laces start too high up, and when I try to tie them tight enough so the heel does not slip, the laces hurt the top of my feet. I don't understand why these couldn't be more like the men's version. Unfortunately, this problem is something that I don't think I can get used to, and I will be returning these.
I've been running for 4 years and run about 30 miles a week. As my mileage increases so does my need for comfort. I've tried so many brands, so many styles I felt like Goldilocks and I never expected Adidas to be on my feet! Out of the box 7 miles, perfect fit, nice Boost. Already looking at which color to buy next.
I'm a long distance runner who also cross-trains and a fashionista to the core. I have some mobility issues I've been working on which manifest themselves as foot and ankle pain. These shoes are comfortable and help me run long and strong. I've run in all kinds of shoes and wouldn't trade these beauties for anything in the world. And they are just that...beautiful. A running shoe! Imagine! At a time when most athletic footwear looks like it was designed by graduates of clown college, these gorgeous shoes are a blissful oasis of flattering and tasteful. How much do I love these? I have purchased an additional 4 pairs for back ups in case Adidas retires them. The black and hot pink incarnation is the prettiest!
Its really nice and good quality but runs small recommend going a size up. I'm 34 bust and got small which was tight.
I am a believer! I've been running on the regular Glide Boosts for about a year now, but decided to train for a marathon (in Chicago!) this winter, so I knew I needed something that would keep me warm during the cold weather. I came across these and knew I had to have them. I wore these today on a 4 mile run through 2-4 inches of untouched snow, air temp 10 degrees, windchill below 0, and they kept my feet completely dry and toasty warm. I wore them with a pair of thin wool socks and they were perfect. I heartily recommend these to anyone crazy enough to brave the elements and run in the cold midwestern (or anywhere) winters!
I love adidas running shoes, and loved the Glide 6, but when they changed to the 7, they changed too much. I like the upper; very flexible, but the tongue/lacing system is shorter in length and therefore, there is material that hits the top of your foot incorrectly. So disappointed, and had to return. Referred to the Boost and don't love these either. I will probably look for the old Supernova Glide 6 shoes.
I've had the Supernova Sequence for quite some time in the non-boost version and loved them enough to go through 5 pairs during training. I've just purchased these and LOVE them! Light and yet stable, a smooth run and fast, I'm routinely shaving time off my mile. I do use custom inserts as well in these and they work great.
Shoes are very comfortable but I was not expecting the right shoe sole to be hot pink!! Hopefully they update the description!!
Loved the silver upper but I was surprised by the color variations between the left and right shoes. Different inserts, sock liners and outer rubber soles. Great idea. They are also very comfortable. Time to order a back up pair.
very fun to run with! had other supernovas before and like the boosty feeling of this new one.
The first pair I ordered were slightly too small but received the next size up quickly. Perfect fit, well made and very comfortable. Nice breathable construction.
I really recommend this bra, is really comfortable, I wear it for my runs and it gives me a great support! I love the colors and the fit. I am 34C and I ordered size 12 that I would have thought it might be loose but it was perfect!
These shoes felt your heels are walking on air!!! 1 size too small for me though. I thought I Bought my normal Adidas size and was too small so unfortunately I had to send them back. Going to try others and go up a size to make sure I get something to fit me next time.
I previously wore the 5 version and bought these to motivate me to get back into running. I wore the Adizero for a while and found the arch too high and uncomfortable which lead me to buy these instead. I chose the 7s over the 6s as the 6 had very mixed reviews. Overall comfort isn't as great as the 5, they do feel a little more narrow but I haven't measured to check the difference. On the whole they are a good shoe and comfortable to run in for a slight overpronator like myself!
Had ordered these in an 8 which I usually am however they were really tight so ordered the 8.5 which I thought would be perfect. However these were also really tight and I am not getting the 9's as they are not for running in. Lovely looking trainer though!
