Love the color and feel of the top. I returned my first purchase of an XS. Overall it was a great fit however it was cut really tight under the arms. I just received the Small and it fits loose everywhere, actually a little too loose for my liking, but it is comfortable under the arms.
I love this newer style of jacket. I liked the London Marathon version but this new style with a couple of proper pockets and thumb loops really suits my thin, tall, long armed body. The functionality of the jacket also keeps me warm and cool. I now have 2 and to be honest, when outside you'd be lucky not to find me wearing one of them. Love it
When the top arrived I thought it looked really big but when you put it on it fits like a dream. I haven't yet trained in it due to it being to cold at the moment so wearing a thermal top...I have brought this one to run my half marathon in so will.he testing it out soon. Fit it great so imagine it will be as good to run in.
I finally worn out my second pair of supernova 7's and fancied an upgrade to the new supernova 9. Felt fine when I tried them on, but after a few miles running in them, I was feeling a discomfort under both my feet arches. Whilst there is huge amounts of cushioning, this was far too soft and resulted in my foot hitting the harder mid cushioning layer. felt like stepping on a stone every time I ran. I cannot run in these shoes, they are too painful. the old supernovas were great - i would recommend them to any neutral runner. the newest design is oh so terrible. £100 wasted.
Great for over-pronaters for long runs. The boost system does well in reducing shocks through body for each step taken in the run. With these trainers i can run a half marathon and do have any issue.s
This is a terrible update of my favorite trainer. It is basically a completely different shoe from the Glide 8. The new version feels clunky. They added about a half inch of stack height to the shoe for some reason. The tongue is ridiculously long and does not stay in place. It slides way over to the inside of the shoe. I went through 9 pairs of the Glide over the past three years and loved them. Now Adidas doesn't have a normal daily trainer in their lineup, so unfortunately I will have to look at other brands.
I normally don't like to run in full zip items because I find them to be bulky, but this jacket is very nice. I usually use it with a long sleeve underneath in weather between 30-40 degrees. I mainly run in the morning before the sun rises and the added reflectivity is why I purchased this jacket. I was pleasantly surprised by how light (weight) it is. The back is really long and definitely covers your butt. The sleeves are long enough to make the thumb holes functional. I'm 5'5" about 110 and I got the small. I never tried on an xs, but I am sure that would have fit a little better.
WAAAAY small. My wife got me a pair for Christmas in small as per size chart. I'm about 31 waist. I couldn't begin to get these up past about mid-thigh. I can't comment on recommendation, length, or comfort. They looked well made. Reordered in Medium.
I like the overall look at feel of this top...but I'm not sure why it has to be fitted at the hips! I do not like that! I'd rather have a bit of give in that area! I am a size 6 in pants and usually get med tops! The fit is fine up in the chest area! My hips are 37"
Incredibly comfortable shoe with a responsive cushion. The material in the front is a bit thin so that took getting used to, but I appreciate its stretch and breathability. Also, I have plantar fasciitis, but these provide just enough arch support -- haven't felt any pain while running!! My feet are slightly wider and these shoes fit perfectly. The dark purple/white pair looks great and matches everything. Definitely worth the money.
Lightweight and smooth, the Supernova shorts are a pleasure to wear during physical activity. The choice of different lengths is good but, a choice of different pockets would be better, i.e. full sized zipped pockets would make it perfect. Would buy again in a different colour definitely.
Wow I really did not like this shoe. Going back a shoe generation, the Supernova Glide 8 is my all-time favorite running shoe. In my opinion, it has an ideal balance of cushion and weight and makes running an absolute pleasure over almost any surface. That’s why I was so excited to try these new shoes, the Adidas Supernova (ordered directly from Adidas). The promise of 20% more cushion with only a .1 ounce weight gain coupled with slightly better heel lockdown was extremely intriguing and I couldn’t wait to try them out. Unfortunately, instead of having an even better experience than the one I had with the Glide 8, I had the WORST experience I’ve ever had with running shoes, and I’ve worn quite a few! First, the mid-section of the shoe is so tight that I felt like the blood flow had cut off in my feet. Let me just say, I’m 5’8, weigh 150, and I most certainly do NOT have wide feet. If anything, they’re on the narrow side. As a size 11, the length of the shoe was fine, but the mid-section was absolutely constricting. Second, on the left shoe, the top left Adidas stripe on the shoe was connected to a border material that was literally pushing into my foot when I ran. It felt like someone was jamming their finger into my foot. My immediate reaction was to redo/loosen the laces on the shoe and to adjust the shoe generally, but to no avail. It was such an unpleasant experience that I had to stop a half mile into my run because the shoes were hurting my feet so much. Even more than I am disappointed, I’m baffled that a shoe company like Adidas could create something so great with the Glide 8 and could turn around and design something as poor as this. Adidas, did you not test these extensively before release? Could this be a quality/control issue in manufacturing? Suffice it to say I will be sending these back. If there’s a silver lining, it’s that I did not toss my Supernova Glide 8’s (phew!) and will be very happily returning to them tomorrow morning.
This seems to be a bit of a redesign from previous Supernova Tees with the fabric feeling a little different. That being said, I love the product. It's light-weight, does pretty good a keeping me dry when I sweat and for someone who does a lot of long distance running, it's the perfect tee to use - especially as it doesn't chafe. Love the new colour options - I got mine in Royal Collegiate and I would certainly keep buying these shirts!
I got exactly what I wanted with this jacket, light, protected me agains a light drizzle and wind, has a side zipper that allows for breatheability once the run gets harder, stays nice and snugged throught the run. It is very stylish, I have gotten many compliments and also being told that I am easy to spot at night which was another reason I got it.
Best shorts on the website! I am 5 10" and purchased the grey and black supernova shorts in a medium 5" the quality is nice, inner material is not that heavy, accents on the drawstring, sides and sublte logo makes this a must buy
