I got these wonderful football boots for my birthday they are my favourite boots the touch is brilliant and they are so comfy and I recomend them to any one who wants sock boots and one of the cheaper sock boots around
No matter how tight or snug the cleat is, the heel is always loose. At first not a problem but: Great cleats for small periods of time but during camp or other prolonged soccer activitys the looseness of the heel causes blisters to form and the skin to tear at the heel in sessions of even just 3 hours
The bottom of the base of the boot gets scratched off and is not described on the website for this to happen. I have the blue ones and look stupid with a silver base and I thought spending £230 on boots would mean the quality is good and that the colour would stay on them
Son loved these boots has had 2 pairs of sock boots from another well known make and said these are the BEST boots by far!! So comfy and clean so easily too. Converted completely to Adidas in clothing and footwear now.
The boot feels narrower than the F50 I know and love, but it is manageable. I'm hoping that the boots will give a little bit as I wear them more and more. The cuff on the ankle can also make life a little more difficult when putting them on. That being said they're light, well made, and eye catching.
I love these cleats. They look sweet, feel amazing on my feet, and have very nice tongue design. My first day of wearing them was at an all-day camp, and I was cool and comfortable with my new cleats(and racking up complements). My only problem is the laces look a little cheap. Wish they didn't have laces, but whatever. I have had Messi's since they came out, and loved every cleat. Thank you adidas!
I bought these for my son, they came quickly, very comfortable and very light. He thinks they are the best fitting shoes that he has tried to play rugby in. They are definitely 3g not grass, the sole is lightweight and the upper very good. They are the first "sock type" he has tried. In size 6 they are a perfect fit but not for wide feet
I bought the size 13 and 12 1/2 a better bet for me, as football boots don't need to be too generous. I would say this is me getting used to the sizes though. Often the available ones are 12 and 13 and no in-between . I experienced slight movement of my heel when flexing the foot. The shape of the left and right boots not quite symmetrical when looked at from behind. The leather seemed good quality. Have since bought size 12 1/2 in another style & found them to suit me better.
The boots are very hard to clean after a few wears they are green at the top and sides, the light colour is impossible to keep clean. Some of the stitching is already wearing at top of left boot, after two weeks of wear. Would not buy again.
These cleats are amazing! They are super comfortable and great for striking, receiving, and dribbling the ball, even at a low(er) price. However, this pair of boots certainly isn't the most durable. If you are going to be playing constantly on turf, they lip may begin to separate from the upper (That's what happened to me). Overall, the Gloro 16.1s are amazing leather boots and I reccomend them to anyone debating whether or not to give them a go.
My son thinks these are the best boots he has owned to this point. I like the proper use of studs in these shoes as opposed to some other boots Adidas sells for kids. I wish someone would fix the fact they advertise these to be customizable when in fact you can't order kids sizing after creating the shoe, please fix this adidas.
I really love this shoe, so much better than the x 15.1. The lace cover is amazing. Yet if you are bothered by the silver flaking off the bottom of the shoe, you should not buy this product. But really this is not something you should worry about, it will not affect the preformence. All in all, totally worth the price.
My little brother loves these boots. I got them for him for his birthday and the shipping was super fast and had absolutely no problems ordering the boots. he loves the sock and the ''cool'' look of the boots. Thank you so much Adidas.
My son purchased these with money he had from his birthday and had been looking for a sock boot for months that he could afford. When these were released they seemed the ideal solution, price wise much better and they look great too.
My son wanted these boots for his birthday abd finding size 12 in the shops was impossible so reluctantly I bought online as ADIDAS offer free returns but they came swiftly and fit perfectly. A brilliant service and product. One very happy 16 year old!
This shoes is really comfortable. It feels like no other cleat. If you haven't played with a knitted cleat, you need to try it. It has a sock-like feeling. The prime knit gives a padded sensation when touching the ball. Overall a great product
I bought this shoe for our daughter who is a competitive soccer player. She plays a lot on artificial grass(AG) and it was nice to find a shoe that had the studs for this. The styling is very nice and I think the ankle sock might help stop the rubber collection which could start a tire factory at my house. The boots look very nice. She likes the subtle colour pattern; white and gold/black. She says its is very comfortable and didn't feel like she had to break it in.
Brilliant boots, super comfortable from write out the box and no stud pressure. I went half a size up from my usual UK.11 in Nike boots and they fit brilliantly. The elastic on the tongue is also very strong so little risk of snapping which occurred on past boots.
Really comfortable boots, however I found I got a couple of weird pressure points on the side of my big toes, can train for an hour no problem but a full game gave me blisters, bought the 16.1 primeknits and have no problems since, these are now my training boots. If you can afford it get the primeknits, they are quite different than the primemesh's even though they look similar.
this is an excellent pair of football boots that fit very nicely. They can be a little stiff on the toe box but after training a few times, they softened up to create a nice feel. The length is perfect, I went true to size and the primeknit really gives you that sock-like sensation people are looking for. The collar goes far down into the boot, and ends around where the laces begin near the toes. I'd have like it to possibly been extended to the whole boot as you can slightly feel the cut off point, but this is only a small difference that doesn't matter too much. I recommend this boot to all players As the comfort level is something yet to be matched imo. Adidas have killed 2016 and the Ace epitomizes their venture this year!
It's fits your feet like a sock which is really good when kicking the ball. The sock was comfortable and you can get a lot of power from them. Only downside would be that the back of your socks will turn orange after a while but it is easily removed in the wash.
