Really happy with the purchase. They're a good fit and hug the foot nicely so you get a good feel for the ball when wearing them. Have only played on grass to date but grip seems well balanced across the foot.
Training for a Marathon and bought these trainers after reading general reviews. They are excellent especially considering the current price. I've only had them a few weeks but have been out in all sorts of weather and on various terrains. They have performed consistently, they are very comfortable, supportive and grippy. The sole is amazing, the boost seems to do just that, up to 14 miles at the moment and no issues with my feet. One small issue is the front surround material seems to be coming adrift on both shoes. I will be returning them to Adidas and exchanging them for exactly the same pair. My only concern is that this needs to be a quick process since it's my only pair. On consideration I may order a new pair prior to returning the old ones. Hopefully Adidas sort this issue out quickly since they are a top class running trainer and I'm defiantly sticking with them.
I have been doing my treadmill running in Boost shoes for the past couple of years, and this pair, like the others, provides reliable support. I like that the material around the toes is so flexible--the shoes conform to my feet so it doesn't ever feel like I need a couple of workouts just to "break them in". The orange laces and lining are pretty wicked as well.
These trainers are one of my favourites so far! They're very comfortable but in terms of fit, they do come up a little big. I read many reviews before purchasing online and a lot mentioned the size. So as I'm normally a size 7 I downgraded to a 6 and it was a perfect fit. They also had a few inches to your height as the heel is quite chunky but overall I would recommend these to anyone and everyone.
I purchased my first pair of Adidas Boost Energy 3 in October 2014. I bought two pairs and loved them. I ran a half marathon and 10k in them. However, in training my feet began to hurt, so I bought the Supernova Glide Boost 7 because it is a wider fit shoe. This shoe is perfect - I trained for a marathon and ran it in these. My feet never hurt while training, the laces stay tied very well, and the comfort level is high. I recommend these to everyone I know looking for running shoes.
Looks great when worn and feels great but definitely do NOT get half a size down because they are a little narrow. I got my size (UK 6) and I feel like they would have been a lot more comfortable in a 6.5, but I like a little room in my shoe. Other than that I really love how they look and definitely want to try out more colors.
I bought these in a size 12, not only are they too narrow but they also crushed my toes and caused multiple blisters on the back on my heel. I would recommend getting half a size bigger than your actual shoe size after this experience.
The feel of the boot is great (ace 15.1) you can tell its great quality. I got my regular football boot size (1/2 size up form normal ) but there was a bit too much length in these boots, width and overall size fine, just a bit too much toe room.
The Tubular is a sensational shoe - super light, very modern looking, very comfy. I bought a pair of the Consortium Tubulars when they first dropped, and I literally wore the soles off them. I trimmed the laces short, and the shoes slip on and off quite easily. The 'sock' design is great. The end of the laces tucks under the top eyelet - wrap a bit of electrical tape around the trimmed end to stop it fraying and slipping out of the eyelet. And much like a car tyre going bald, once they wear down the soles of these are treacherous in the wet! Which is not really a criticism of the shoe, more a criticism of me leaving it WAY too late to buy new ones. All in all, very happy - have been wearing adidas almost exclusively for years, loving the new designs!
I've got the light gray carbon Tubular X. This shoe turns heads and gets compliments almost daily. If you have the right wardrobe these are crucial. The soles remind you of the yeezys. Color is awesome. These are one of my favorite pair of shoes going into 2016.
LOVE this shoe! It's very comfortable, and makes long distance runs more enjoyable. My only complaint is there are not any colors to choose from. Please come out with more colors! Overall the perfect shoe!!
I think if ordered in the right size these boots were perfect, I haven't had such comfort since the old adidas predators. I have sent my pair back and have already got a size bigger. Now I can play pain free. I think the boot overall is prefect for anyone with narrow feet, they fit perfectly and extremely comfy
I love the style of this shoe , but i got my normal size and it was a size too big. My foot was swimming inside. If you can try it on before ordering i would suggest it, lets face it online returns are a hassle.
I can't believe it took me so long to try these, I LOVE them! They have just the right combination of support and cushioning. I couldn't run due to an injury for 6+ months earlier this year, am just now building my mileage back up and these shoes are keeping everything feeling good. They are pricey, but I buy older colors on sale. I've bought 3 in the last 3 weeks. Definitely recommend!
Very cool looking - getting lots of compliments. But they run really small. I normally wear 11-11.5, but these 11.5s were way too small so had to exchange for the 12. Also got a different pair of springblades from a store a few days earlier and those 11.5s were almost big.
I prefer a snugger fitting shoe that holds my foot. This shoe fit, but felt too cushy and the top layer was so stretchy, it led to my foot moving around a lot when I took a step. Very comfortable, but not my ideal for a runner. I am trying out different styles of shoe, and lean toward the Adios Adizero.
So this is going to be a review mostly on fit, because people always need help on this. My foot is about 10 1/2 inches long, and about 4 1/4 inches wide. I either wear a 9 1/2 (wide) or a 10 (regular) in my true size. This shoe is the perfect width for me, and the length is great. 9 1/2 fits well, 9 fits perfect. I recommend either 1/2 or a full size down from your true shoe size. In regards to comfort, it hugs your feet. Looks, 10/10, and you can feel the quality in the shoe. Best from the Tubular line, by far. But as I said, half to a full size down. If your foot resembles my measurements, 9.5 for space, 9 for a more snug fit.
I got these as a gift to my boyfriend and he is in love with these. The color changes are game-changing. A lot of people sleep on Adidas but these are the rawest, mind-blowing pair of shoes I've ever seen. Can they make a woman's size PLEASE
They have a great, unique design made of materials you don't need to worry about messing up or getting wet. The only thing that could make these shoes better is by putting Boost in that big hole in the heel because these could definitely be more comfortable.
I recommend buying these shoes a half size larger than what you normally would wear. There is plenty of room in the toe area which is great as I have had issues in the past with the top of a shoe rubbing against my toes and causing discomfort. Just enough cushioning for those longer runs without the shoe being too heavy.
A year ago I purchased rocket boost shoes for winter, and as my review then reflected i was dissapointed in some of the design features and choices, this year adidas has made significant improvements to the quality and balance and materials of this winter runner shoe. I love it. Water resistant, warm, good balance of boost material and improved upper, comfort and texture are comfortable and rugged for the season. Great.
I was the first kid in my high school to wear Adidas tennis shoes, Adidas Italia. They were kangaroo leather, super soft and incredibly comfortable. They were not made to withstand the grind of a tennis court, but rather afterwards relaxing after a day of tennis with my friends. Watching Rod Laver's matches coupled with his skill and ability, I was destined to move into a pair of "those to be" classic shoes. They have been my favorite tennis-athletic shoe for decades. Washability. Wearability. Comfort. Classic style. Dependable. Adidas has a champion with the Rod Laver Classic Tennis Shoe. At 62, I can't tell that any extra weight has slowed me down any chasing a tennis ball across the court. Thanks Adidas for keeping the legends alive! A ll D ay I D ream A bout S ports J Davis
Its an amazing pair of cleats.. very light, makes you faster. I am pretty fast myself but with these I feel like I am flying. On turf if you have knee or meniscus injuries, may cause some hamstring or leg pain but overall I give it 9 out of 10 ball control is amazing, you can curve the ball anyway you want it and stopping and controlling the ball is much better with these Better traction as well, turns and take off is quicker try it
I purchased my first pair when I went into a special running store in San Francisco and the guy recommended me these shoes. I was a bit skeptical at first because I needed a good pair of shoes to train for my first full marathon and running after that, and let's be honest, not many people go for Adidas for that. However, after a few runs on them, and after breaking them in they turned out to be amazing. I put over 300 miles on my first pair and not once have I had any running injuries. They feel like you're running on a cloud, and have a lot of flexibility. I just re-ordered these since my last pair are ready to be retired.
I should have read previous reviews regarding the sizing. I am an 11 in 90% of the shoes I buy and a 10.5 in the others. I had to return the 11s I ordered and got an 11.5. Fits much better, especially in the toe box.
