Have always been a fan of Stan Smith shoes and Adidas brand in general. I wanted an all white stan smith, so I decided for a customized version. I normally wear size 6, but since customize version can't be returned.. i decided to go to the Footlocker and try the Stan Smith with the green heel patch. I tried size 6, walked around the store and it was perfect. Size was good. I ordered it, and waited patiently for it to arrive. To my dissappointment, the size 6 is too big. I can put in both my index and middle fingers in between even after i put my foot in. I can't return the shoes and now i am stuck with one that doesn't fit. So dissappointed. :( i still want my all white sneakers but now i am debating if i should just go with another brand or try to customize it again one size down.
I love the look of these. However the size of the shoe is half a size too small, even though they foot there isn't really any extra space in the toe area and the width it too large. The main issue I have with them is that the shoe slips up and down my heel each step I take. Also the shoe in the picture has 7 holes for laces (going up) and mine only has 6.
Really love the Pioneer colorway. I tried it on at adidas store and instantly bought it. It looked great and felt great. Much better looking in person. The hot colorway of the NMDs were sold out too quick before I had chance and I liked wearing basketball shoes anyway
These shoes are a beautiful colour. I wasn't sure about the tongue, it leaves my foot feeling a little sweaty through my sock but I'm sure I'll get used to such a little issue. I have wide feet which seem to be well catered for by this shoe, bunion not so much but what can you do? Top notch quality as always Adidas.
I've had gazelle shoes since the mid 70's... the quality from adidas has never changed. Although the concept of the shoe is old the function and fashion has never diminished. Thoroughly recommend the shoes as a fashion item... not really a running shoe as they once were.
Really Good, if you have it, you can tell Harden put effort and time into designing into this shoe. Traction loses it in about 3-5 plays but a single wipe gets it back in the game. I'm pretty sure cushion is a good point in this shoe since it's a Low. Most Low don't have great cushion, but this one seems to do the job. Fit was so surprising to me. Fits well for wide footers. Narrower footers beware though, I went true to size. Lockdown is very good, these shoe won't fly in the air. Looks are fire. Feels heavy in the hand but I didn't mind it at all on my foot. Some notes on durability: This shoe so far doesn't have major problems, breaking in takes some days. If you hit the three stripes on the back of the shoe on something hard, it will scrap easy, so if you want it to look good and untouch, beware of that. Otherwise, I would say best Guard shoe to buy for 2016/2017. Hopefully Harden's next shoes will be just as good as the Harden 1.
These shoes were a present for my daughter and she loves them however the sizing is a bit confusing and I could not figure out which size to buy. I bought a half size down as some people recommended however this seemed to be too small. It would be nice to know exactly what the equivalent sizes are for women. Other than that lovely. I will be repurchasing a half size bigger and customer service were fantastic in dealing with a problem I had initially.
I've been wearing Gazelles for years. Yeah, I'm old enough to have worn them when the first came out. They stopped making them for a bit a few years ago and then started again. But the shoes are different. The heel isn't nearly as sturdy and they fall apart after a while. Buy 'em if you like the style, they're classics. But be prepared to buy another pair pretty soon after 'cause they're not gonna last.
Great versatile gym shoe. I bought these to replace mt Powerlift 2.0 shoes which were a bit narrow and so uncomfortable when doing anything explosive where your foot pushes into the front of the shoe. These have a wide front which makes them much more comfortable. I typically use these for weight training or plyometric style training and the thinner, less cushioned sole is ideal but I'm not sure how they'd fare on a treadmill, for example.
Basically if you are the kind of person to want to stand out a little and dont want to blow 300 notes on some top range trainers, Gazelles are made for you. They are the classic trainer everyone knows what you are getting the newer version has a new tongue to it with slight grooves down the centre but this leads to it staying in place better and is a step up from the last version of a solid one piece of almost rubber.
Such a great, simple, but classic shoe. Highly recommend OVER the Campus or Stan Smith, as only the Gazelle still has arch supports!!! Not a fan of the rubber toe on the Super Star, or the large bump toe of the Samoa. To me, the Gazelle is perfect on the inside (arch support) and the outside (full leather from end to end).
Similar to Nanos, flat foot and very wide toe box. They look amazing and appear to be very durable. The black / red ones are more of a red-orange color with a dark navy blue on the sole. The sole is not entirely all black.
I needed to have new work shoes (all black) and I need to walk allot so they needed to be comfy too, well you guys offer these two in the perfect shoe! It's the perfect color, perfect fit and suuuper comfy and stylish!
