Response Wind Jacket
Great jacket, but arms were too tight
Didn't fit at all, the jacket was large and comfortable, but the arms were very tight. I had to send it back

Size not quite right !
I bought this jacket and I must say the material and colour (Solar blue/White) are perfect but the size is wrong . I am a medium (UK size) and the arms , shoulders , chest were a little on the tight side so I had to buy a large (Lucky we have an Adidas super store nearby) . Now the arms , shoulders and chest fit perfectly but the length is now too long . I am 5`6" tall 138lbs so not that big , so try on in a shop before buying online .

The jacket has great fabric weight, and the lining is very comfortable, however the seam that runs across the chest extends across the base of the shoulders(top of the biceps), uninterrupted resulting in an odd limited range of arm motion for a running jacket. Also, the cut is very tight in the biceps. I don't even have massive "guns" and it was very restrictive. I returned it. Not the right jacket for me.

Adidas Wind Jacket and Polo Shirt
Excellent Quality Items,
Really pleased with the items purchased.
Have bought these items on line for my grandson as he chose these in the Adidas shop but they do not do the youths size in store.

There are pros and cons to this very stylish jacket.
I bought the blue & green version & it looks great!
Be forewarned however, that in the photo above, due to the bright lights used, the neon green looks virtually the same as the Adidas' slime green colour.
It's actually much more like a very striking neon lime under normal lighting. I initially thought I'd been sent the wrong jacket, but the photo does serve as a good example of how well it reacts to car head lights, keeping me visible and safe.
It's quite form fitting in the way that the Response Running Tee is.
As far as linier running motion, this sizing is non-restrictive & virtually perfect.
On the down side, the stitching around the air flap on the back doesn't leave enough room to manouver while performing dynamic warm up stretches & I also find myself having to almost completely unzip the jacket just so I can squat down to tie my shoelaces.
Although the tight cuffs don't restrict blood flow, they cause the jacket to be very difficult to take off. It took a few practices to be able to remove my hand without fear of ripping the stitches out of the elastic, but I have to do this slowly and cautiously.
I'm hoping the next version of this jacket will feature elastic around the entire cuff rather than just half of it.
The low pressure elastic waist band prevents wind entering the jacket, but doesn't cause the hem to ride up during runs.
Wind & Rain Resistance:
Great at repelling light rain & you don't feel the wind at all.
During light runs and moderate amounts of sprinting, this jacket is great at regulating body temperature. Sweat wicking is excellent.
Very difficult to take the jacket off when I was half way through sprinting for a PB at the Leeds 10k Race in November. This meant I had to slow considerably for over a minute, while doing so.
Overall, I'm glad I bought this Response Jacket, but will keep an eye out for a version 2.0 & hope Adidas have made suitable modifications after considering our feedback. Otherwise, I'll be trying out an Adidas Supernova jacket, instead.
