I love these tights! I bought a pair for trail running in the cold (20-45deg) and they worked great! They kept me warm without being hot, and they are super comfy. After running in my first pair I had to get two more so I could trail run all week. I've used them on cool days, rain, and light snow doing the hills above Portland, no complaints!
Always expected good quality products from adidas. Love the fitting. Very comfortable and keeps you warm. Like the holes on the sleeve to put your thumbs through. I also like the hood as it comes all the way in front on to your forehead. Worth the price too. £20-25.
I'm a bit new to performance sportswear so when it arrived I thought it was way to light and thin to be of much use, but how wrong was I! It fit perfect, snug but not too tight and with a nice amount of stretch when you move. The material feels thinner than I expected but actually in use its perfect, it holds the heat so you stay nice and warm but you don't overheat. I will probably get another at some point in a different color.
The response icon hoodie is what i expected in terms of quality and warmth. My only criticism is its length which even for a large is perhaps a bit short to the point whereby it rides up my waist when i'm cycling. An extra large would have been too big across the shoulders, so perhaps something for the designers to look at at? Also, the hood is excessively large to the point where it obscures my eyes if it fails forward too much and I have to keep pulling it back. But, in terms of fit and general quality I am pleased with it.
The quality of this product is absolutely fantastic. The shape & material is just right. From the moment I first put it on it was so comfortable. Adidas have got a winner here & I will be definitely purchasing anothet top in a different colour. Great for lounging or casual wear. Love it.
Been wanting a pair of these for a while now. Running in the cold weather is now a lot more fun as these really keep you warm. They are a perfect fit for me too at 6 foot 2. Would definitely recommend these
Great fitting & looking garment - bought as an Xmas present and the girlfriend loved them. The garment comes up exactly as expected size wise. They have a lovely satin feel to them. Perfect in every way and a great price too
i don't like when i fall face first at the end of a 65 minute run, on a concrete sidewalk, tripping on a rut, in front of a bunch of a drivers finishing up rush hour. but sometimes i do. i go straight down once a year these days, maybe. i land on one of my knees and one of my hands. it doesn't feel good. in cold weather i wear running pants or tights. they have always gotten a hole in the contact knee when this happens. except since i switched to adidas. so tonight, i decided i would write a review to say how i was afraid to look after my fall to see what damage i did to your very nice and expensive cold weather tights. i brushed my good hand (after the fall) against my knee to check the damage without looking...and felt nothing. so i looked. i was astounded to see no damage. there would turn out to be a nice abrasion not just on my hand, but on my knee where i hit...but NO damage to the pants...the softness of which prevented damage to my knee skin from equaling that of my hand. when i finished my run i checked again. nope. no damage to your amazing pants/tights, which were NOT advertised as 'indestructos', but rather simply light, well-fitting and WARM. all of which they are, including a zip key pocket, and zip ankles. i would think a motorcycle leather jacket would receive more damage from the fall and impact my knee took, than these remarkable pants from which i never expected this kind of durability. i bow to adidas.
Eyeballed this shoe for a friends gift for quite some time. Finally got it and the quality is incredible the construction and style is well beyond what the image offers online. As far as performance I cannot speak to that but based on many others who have confirmed it I believe my friend will really do well with them.
I like these, they give good compression and look good. I bought these to wear under shorts at the gym for leg day and they're suitable for that. The three stripes around the calf area make them look good with shorts. They run a bit small though... Don't do what I did, flattered and convinced myself to purchase medium size rather than large. I really think large would have been much better. Medium are tight for me, especially around the calf area, even when unzipped. I have to spend and extra few minutes getting them on perfectly. For reference, I'm 6 foot tall and I naturally have big legs. Don't get me wrong, once I have them on and have moved them about a bit, they're ideal. I just would have suited large better.
This was purchased as a gift for my son and my son was delighted. Great fit with a really nice feel. Soft to the touch, light to wear and quality finish. My son is seasoned Adidas user - this has become a firm fave already. Would recommend.
I have bought numerous leggings over years for workout and netball practice and these adidas response ones are the best. I bought medium and am a size 12 and they fit me fine, although I'd take smaller if I was a ten....the drawstring ensures...however hard you work out...that they stay up in position. Brilliant product
These running tights are definitely worth buying. I have had tights by all the well known running brands and these are by far the best for me. The fabric makes them very comfortable no rubbing from seems. The zips are longer than i expected which is great as it makes them easy to take off and on. I have run in them in the cold and didn't notice any cold due to moisture and can't wait to see how they perform in the warmer weather. The styling is great as you would expect from Adidas and i could imagine these will be worn by non runners as well. Overall a great choice with no faults as i can see.
Bought this hoodie for football, to wear for the warm up. The material is light and quality is good. The stripes are on the hood which is different and cool. Also the thumb holes on sleeves are unique. I am a medium usually, due to my broad shoulders, and thought I would buy a large to fit loose and make sure the sleeves are long enough for the thumb holes. This hoodie fits slim, as a running hoodie should and fits me perfectly. Not loose. I am a 42" chest and a 34" waist. A great price for a different quirky hoodie.
I loved these pants! The material is really soft and stretchy but also supportive which is important for me as I do a lot of jumping around. I would of given these pants a 5* if it wasn't for the waist which I found was a little too loose for me. I was always pulling them up so have returned and have purchased a size smaller. So I would say if you are stuck between which size to order definitely go for a size down!
This hoodie is a great purchase, it fits well, not baggy at all but still gives plenty of room to move about in it. The material is high quality, lightweight, breathable, but still gives warmth on colder days. Definitely worth it!
The upper is ok, reasonably light and doesn't retain water. The sole is durable rubber that provides a lot of grip, I ran on slippery wooden boards and found grip. Downsides are : size, I had to go up half a size from traditional Adidas sizing (though this brings its sizing more in line with most other manufacturers). weight, as a forefoot striker the weight is mostly at the rear of the shoe in a load of cushioning I rarely use. The cushioning in the forefoot is misleading as this shoe has not been designed with midfoot or forefoot strikers in mind and just slows us down. I'll keep the shoe now as a winter plod along trainer and throw it after 100 miles - 5 done so far.. as I've worn it outside. Recommend this as a good shoe for stubborn heel strikers.
I purchased these and a pair of Glide. I found the response a bit bulky comparied to the glide. There was little repsponce to them, for a little bit more money, I would recommend Glide which are a lighter weight.
Pros: - nice feel to the fabric: soft, lightweight and warm, but also feels reasonably durable - Snug fit - Hood stripes are nice (slightly redder than in the photo though) Cons - The odd loose strand of string
I have always liked the response line of running shoes due to their basic, no nonsense approach. Not a lot of needless bells and whistles just decent cushioning. I have run in the supernova line as well but always felt they were a bit heavy and stiff. The response boost runs like a light shoe with good flexibility. Great basic trainer.
very comfortable and warm. Not yet worn for running - waiting for colder weather - but have no doubt that this will be the perfect warm layer. Chose large size over medium and its not tight fitting but i prefer that anyway. All the ADIDAS running equipment I have bought so far is excellent and at a much better price point than Nike.
Nice looking trainer arrived on time and was a good fit but my sporty son only wore it a few times and the thin fabric upper started to develop a hole. Rather disappointed that the material was not strong enough to withstand greater wear and tear.
Usually I have to try both XS and S but this was the right fit for XS which is my size. The waist band is a great fit and I found that I didn't need to use the drawstrings but its great to have the option. I like the alternative placement of the traditional three stripes as I tend to find the other designs with the stripes on either side of each leg rather monotonous.
I am a DI collegiate athlete, so I rather athletic legs.. I usually wear either S or M depending on the fit of the item I have a 28" waist and am 5'7". I weigh 140 lbs. I got them in size M and they were a little too loose on my thighs. I love that they have the drawstring in the waist though, because too often I have this problem where my thighs "eat my pants." What I mean by that is that it will fit my thighs but not my waist... and then the pants will slink down a bit 'cause I had to buy them to accommodate my thighs. So the drawstring is awesome for that. The back pocket is great for my keys when I run. I ended up returning them and getting a size small, which fit nice and tight, like a pair of tights should. I've posted my video review of the tights as well.
I love this hoodie: it's extremely comfortable, looks great and very warm. I especially love the thumbholes on the sleeves which helps cover my hands and wrist. I would recommend this as an essential bit of kit for your runs when it comes the harsh winter months.
