Boxes are not permitted. Each entry form must be completely filled-in to qualify. Limit one entry per person. All entries become the property of adidas and will not be acknowledged or returned Winner will be notified on February 3, 2010. No late or incomplete entries will be accepted. adidas assumes no responsibility for lost, late, misdirected, illegible or mutilated entries. Twenty (20) winners will receive one (1) piece of adidas product signed by an adidas-sponsored athlete (approximate retail value of $200). In addition, five (5) winners will receive a $50 gift code to use with any purchase on shopadidas.com order through 12/31/2010. This Promotion is open only to legal residents of the United States.
