micoach is all you need to get the results you want.
Very light on your feet and great grip, but still attracted a ton of mud when racing through a ploughed field but can't see any other shoe not doing that, really pleased with my purchase so will be getting another pair to save
I absolutely love my new running shoes. I bought these as a present for my birthday and besides the fact that they were discounted, they are so comfortable and light. I would definitely recommend this shoes!
Shoes are well built. Light yet solid. Sole is firm enough so you dont feel every little bump in the the trail, yet just the right amount of cushion to make them balanced. I have wide feet, and the toe box is quite roomy, more so than the previous generations of the shoe. Great shoe for the $$, very happy
I'm on my feet all day at work. As a result I began to develop lower back pain. I've already been an exclusive Adidas guy and decided to try a pair of Springblades. These are the most comfortable sneakers ever!!! It's been a year since my first pair and I haven't had anymore back problems . I currently own 7 pair. You don't necessarily have to be a runner to enjoy them. I recommend the Springblade Ignite for casual wear for comfort and their good looks...
I have wear mine 7 TR for both trail running and hiking. It is a good fit for my wider feet that usually need to wear EE or 1/2 bigger. The cushion is on the thin side so you won't get the comfort ride if you prefer it. However, the tracking is good and you stand in low that yield good stability. A little break in is necessary but not excessive. I will go for a more cushion model for longer trail running or hiking. Running 30 minutes in it (or 4-5 miles hiking) it works perfectly fine for me. At that point I start sense a little fatigue on my feet that need a break before getting sore.
Ok well I'm pretty new to running and this is my first pair of trail running shoes. Fit is excellent, a tad wide in the toe area for my foot which is pretty narrow. I'm a size 10 and I bought a 10. I've given a 4 star rating because I would have liked just a tiny bit more cushioning in the sole but overall they are comfortable to run in. I'd say they're a 4.5 out of 5. I found the grip very good and confidence inspiring, of course nothing is going to help when it gets really muddy. For the money a very good buy.
I purchased (2) pairs of Adidas : the Kanadia 7 TR and SL Loop Runner at the same time. The Kanadia 7 shoes are most excellent. Can be used for regular jogs and/or trail running. It has rugged soles to do both ! Comfortable like bedroom slippers and provides rigid support for your feet. How can you pass these shoes up, especially at these prices ? Highly recommended for all types of joggers (street/trail).
This shoes are great for running and some trail hiking. After some miles of break-ins they seem to conformed with your feet as you use them everyday. Very light and flexible to my feet. Maybe if Adidas will use some real leather they will look great and add more value.
I was looking for new shoes for general work outs, local dry weather trail walking and casual wear. I saw the Kanadia TR7 in numerous colours and then these on offer so I grabbed a pair. These have worked out to be such quality and an amazing bargain. Straight from the box I got no chafing or blisters. I get hot feet and the ventilation on these is amazing. The grip on all surfaces encountered so far has been brilliant. They are also so lightweight it's unreal but so far the soles are more than tough enough from the off reading. I have recommended these to some friends. Well chuffed.
I have been in the military for 7 years and during this time I began to have really bad tendonitis in my feet from wearing boots all day. I was on a non running profile for almost a year. I just started back running about 4 months ago and every shoe I tried gave me really bad shin splits and wear either to flexible( no stability) or just not comfortable after a few weeks of running. One day I decided to try these shoes after looking around in a few shoe stores for hours on in. And OMG as soon as I put my foot in them it was like a Cinderella Story. I have been running in them for a month now and doing weightlifting with absolutely no shin pain or fatigue in my foot. I love these shoes and as soon as this pair gets old I will by them over again. I definitely recommend its well worth the money.
Love my new duramo 7's. They are a great shape not too rounded at the toe, so they are flattering. They are a deep pink with black inner (much more sensible colour choice than white as they don't show the dirt). They have been worn regularly & still look quite new. Tongue stays central. Good grip. Seamless make for a sleeker look. Very pleased.
I am an avid outdoor distance runner, year round..been wearing adizero tempo running shoes since the first prototype..the 7's are manufactured with better quality assurance than the 6's..toe box improved; however if I had any issue a tad more room would add to a perfect running shoe for a neutral runner who is light weight and loves resistance and feeling the ground as they stride.
The shoes excel on jagged surfaces and fit perfectly. However my review contradicts most other reviews, I do a local parkrun occasionally and when the course is damp, the grip is very low meaning that I have to take it easy round corners. Slightly deceiving for a shoe that looks to have a grippy sole in all conditions.
I absolutely love these shoes. Even though these shoes do not come in wide widths, the stretchy material allows me to wear these shoes comfortably even with bunions. After trying 4 different brands of athletic shoes, these were the only ones I can wear since they do not have a hard material across the bunion area. I do wish they came in wide which would allow for orthodics to be placed in a lot easier.
I struggle to get a great fitting sneaker because I have a high arch. I own 2 pairs of the earlier version of these & wanted a third but they are long gone. I took a leap and ordered the Duramo 7. Similar fit but even better cushioning. From the first wearing they are completely comfortable.. In fact, these are so perfect I just ordered my second pair!
I owned three pairs of the Tempo 6. Love them! When I heard that Adidas made them even better with the Boost foam, I couldn't wait to try them. There are lots of changes from the 6 to the 7. There is no space under the left insole for a foot pod or mi tech. They run smaller and a little more narrow. The toe box was too small for me, so I had to return them. I'm hoping to find a pair in a store so I can see if the fit is right before I buy.
I'd like to first address the issue of sizing, which seems to be a hotbutton issue in these reviews. These shoes are very standard according to Adidas sizing. I've owned a past versions of Kanadias and if anything I'd suggest these run small. At any rate, my 9.5 (USA) Kanadia TR7s fit exatly like my 9.5 Boston 5s. These are trail runners, made to be worn in adverse weather and accommodate warmer more supportive socks. I'm grateful the toebox isn't tight--so my foot can splay naturally under the pressure of my body weight and I can wear warmer socks. (I'm of the belief that if I can't splay my toes wide open in a shoe then I'm impeding them.) Not attempting a smaller size than my usual would've saved me the hassle of swapping shoes back and forth for my regular size. The reason these runners are a slight step down from say the Kanadia 5 is that the outsole isn't as soft and pliable, nor is the upper: the upper used to be a rubbery synthetic cage over a knit material but that rubbery material has been replaced by a stiffer faux-nubuck . Still a great shoe line, but one that wasn't in need of revamping, though they are now more all-purpose due to the lighter weight and lower-profile tread. Now more weather-resistant too.
A+ for weight- they are light as a feather. A+ for grip - super grip when performing weight lifting. A- fitting- a bit tight for me but this can be very rare. A+ looks - Cant beat the color combination and design
I bought this shoe recently and after running for a week on these I found them absolutely amazing in terms of cushion and stability they provide while running. It feels like I am running on flowers!! no exhaggeration!! I am thinking of buying other colors of the same shoe!! Thanks for designing such a great shoe.
Really nice trainer. Great grip from a chunky sole. Size was slightly bigger than I expected. Normally a 9.5 but a 9 in this shoe would have been perfect. First trainers I have ever owned that get such notice. The orange is almost fluorescent lol.
I have been a long time user of Adidas Thrasher...but when I needed a new pair I hated all the colors. I usually buy men's shoes for this reason. I wear a 9 in womens and have a medium foot width. I bought size 7 mens and they fit perfectly. I like the extra room in the footbed for my toes. I have worn them for running outdoors and DO NOT get shin splints! I also use then for hiking about 5 to 7 mile trails (walking) good support and traction..and the color I LOVE...people can see you a mile away!
Haven't gotten to use the shoes too too much but I do feel the toe box being a little big, and can feel my foot sliding around a little bit, and definitely wiggle room around my toes, but the rest of the shoe is pretty snug. Have not used in wet or muddy terrain, but hoping it holds up to its predecessors.
Bought these for trail running. No regrets! I have a wide foot and these fit perfect. Normally wear size 11. But, after reading reviews I ordered 1/2 size down. Perfect fit! Thank you Adidas for another quality product.
I've only purchased shoes once online and had to turn them back as the sizing was one size larger than usual. These shoes are a perfect fit. When I first saw them they were full price, but two days later they were marked down and because of the miracle of social media, the internet and cookies, an ad for the marked down shoes popped up on my Facebook page. I'll be buying more shoes from Adidas online, the selection is much better, of course, than any shoe store around here.
I don't know why everyone keeps complaining about the color when mine looks exactly like the photo. It looks really nice although I gotta say that the width is a bit too big for me. They are very comfortable to wear when running too.
